Managers are very ignorant, and act rude to customers. Todd the GM was the worst of the ones I talked to. I was very cordial, and he seemed like he might be autistic and/or retarded. Complete joke of a “man”. Todd’s ignorance is the reason I will not shop here again.

I went to pick up a product that was purchased online that said it was ready and it turns out that they couldn't deliver it to me because it wasn't uploaded to the system, I waited more than two hours in the store "where in 20 minutes" they already uploaded it to the system and it never happened, so I had to cancel the purchase

We went there to buy an apple watch it took them more than 20 min to find it ad when we came to the activation process the manager said sorry but we closed now and it gonna take 20-30 min to get it ready

I recently ordered a monitor with pick up from store, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been less than satisfactory. Firstly, there was a delay of 2 days in the arrival of my monitor, which was already a bit inconvenient.When I finally received the notification that my monitor was ready for pickup, I promptly went to the store to collect it. However, upon arrival, the staff couldn't locate my order. It was a frustrating experience as they seemed disorganized and unprofessional. The inability to find my monitor after receiving a notification added an unnecessary layer of inconvenience.I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of organization and professionalism in handling the situation was disappointing. I hope the store can improve its communication and coordination to provide a better customer experience in the future.

I forget her name, but there was a new employee that was very helpful and the gentleman that the front door was very helpful with getting all my questions answered.It was extremely hard not to buy a Switch or other items on sale, but otherwise, great experience
