terrible!!! incredibly negative impressions from the service of this salon, in which employees deceive you when signing an agreement to receive the Internet. I can definitely NOT recommend this salon. indifferent attitude towards customers. how would it be possible to rate the service and attitude towards customers, I would rate minus 100 out of 10 they are deceiving people

I have been to this store multiple times and have experienced different service each time. One of the time the rep was so helpful that he went above and beyond to help me get promotion and save money. But this time, the rep was just like reading me online deals available which I had already gone through before going to the store. I mentioned the rep that I know these are the deals but is there something you can help me get additional savings which maybe is not visible to regular users. He was not at all in the mood to help and just had a straight face and no reactions. I would suggest go with the mindset that the rep will just read out the online deals to you. So better save yourself time and call customer service on call, at least they listen and do something.

Our experience with Xfinity took a sour turn when my husband decided to bundle his mobile phone with our internet service. Initially, they informed him about a free phone promotion for new customers. When he inquired whether he could utilize this promotion for an upgrade later on, given that he had just purchased a new unlocked Pixel A, the saleswoman assured us that he could indeed use the free phone special when he was ready for a new phone. We double-checked this information, as we wanted to be certain before signing the contract.A few months later, he spotted a promotion for the Pixel 7 Pro and headed to the store to get the new phone. However, he was told that this promotion was exclusively for new customers, and our previous conversation about using it for an upgrade had no validity. To make matters more frustrating, the saleswoman who initially assured us of this upgrade possibility denied ever making such a promise. However, my wife and I vividly remember asking twice to clarify this point before signing the contract, and we were unequivocally told that we could get a new phone later on.On top of this, the service on his current phone has been consistently unreliable, with frequent service outages and poor coverage. It makes no sense for us to have turned down the free phone offer, especially if it wouldn't cost us anything. The only reason we passed on the free phone was the assurance we received that we could take advantage of it at a later date, which, unfortunately, turned out to be false information. This has left us feeling misled and frustrated with our Xfinity experience. To put the icing on the cake, my experience with Xfinity on behalf of my in-laws has been nothing short of frustrating. When they initially signed up for Xfinity services, they were under the impression that their monthly bill would be $130. However, their first bill was a shocking $230. This discrepancy arose because the installation technician merely plugged in the equipment, and they were charged an additional $100 for insulation, leaving my elderly in-laws, who are on government assistance, in a financial bind.To make matters worse, they fell behind on their bill, and in September, Xfinity disconnected their services. They briefly turned it back on for a day, but my in-laws lost access to their online account and were unable to log back in. Despite countless calls to Xfinity, the response was always to go online, which was impossible due to the lost account information. After about five or six calls, I resorted to using my old account information to finally get through. To our shock, Xfinity informed us that the services had been hard-cut and wouldn't be reactivated until a whopping $700 bill was paid. Given my in-laws' financial situation, this was an insurmountable obstacle. Despite numerous calls, Xfinity was unwilling to work with us or understand the predicament we were in. They continued to charge us, sent bills, and maintained their stance, making it clear that they have no empathy for customers facing financial difficulties. It's deeply disappointing how Xfinity misled my in-laws regarding their monthly charges and then handled the situation with such inflexibility and a lack of understanding. This experience has left us disheartened and struggling to find a resolution to this ongoing issue.

Horrible!I met with alonzo and he was not helpful. My autopay discount was not showing up so I went to the store. The rep said everything is okay, it should update in a few days. It never did and I got charged the extra $10. I went today to have it fixed and Alonzo (I think that was his name) said I have to wait 45 days and I can’t get a refund of my $10. I kept asking if it’s showing up now since it has been 45 days and he said it should be. Didn’t give me a firm answer and kept giving me attitude. I asked if I can get a $10 discount since it seems like a system glitch and said this isn’t a good reason for a refund. I asked for a manager and he said they left and I should just accept it. Horrible experience.

My TV box stopped working. Brought it into Xfinity Arlington Heights Friday at lunch. Andy helped me right away. Also upgraded my modem/gateway since it was old. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend, but go at off hours if you can.

Everyone is rude. Can't talk to anyone on the phone and no one helps you in the store. Get internet literally anywhere else!

Worst experience I ever had. No one is trained at this location. Everyone is giving different answers and zero help. They jumped fast to open up a new account but when it came down to transferring over a phone line they gave me a number to call because they didn’t feel like doing it in store. Too lazy to help a customer, their excuse was it would take 3 hours on the phone in the store so they sent me home with the Xfinity phone number. My husband passed away and I needed to open up accounts in my name and transfer over my phone number. They told me my dead husband has to give “authorization” to transfer the number. The African American gentleman’s advice who worked as a rep at the store was for me to ask my “guy friend” to call xfinity main line and pretend to be my dead husband and give them permission to transfer my line. Really? Also, when they opened up a new internet service account in my name I had no internet for 3 days. I visited the location 3 times, called xfinity several times, spent hours on the phone with reps trying to reset the signal and configuration of the modem but at the end they sent out a contractor of subcontractor who didn’t speak English (Ukrainian) and tried to make a new line outside, new holes through the siding and my house. I told him I don’t want any new lines/holes, he got angry and canceled the appointment and left. In reality my line was good (worked for the last 5 years I lived there) and just needed a “full activation” of my new account. No one was able to help me at the store, over the phone, not even the in person Tech they sent out but a forum online. Extremely unprofessional service. I was very disappointed with the service I received and how I was treated.

I need to make an appointment to set up my xfinity android phone that I just got. I cannot do it without help. The lady on the automatic phone line did not help at all. Also, when I went to get my other phone set up, they had not out my appointment in the book. When I got to the store in Arlington Heights on Rand Rd., they did not have my appointment made. I had made it with a young man who had helped me. The man at the front desk did help me, thank heavens, but that wasn’t his job. Now I need help setting up my android. I tried doing it myself but couldn’t do it.
