the world's worst cell phone customer service i have ever experienced. is xfinity mobile service. if I could give this a - star rating I would.I called up the mobile service department and talk to a representative he told me I am eligible for a upgrade phone and he said I can go to the the killdeer store and he will make a appointment for me at 12:15 I showed up and the store representative said they don't have appointment and they don't have the phones in stock untill Dec 22. So why was i told it was.

Went in to this store while I was having a terrible day, and working with Felipe turned my mood around entirely. Very very friendly and funny guy. Helped me find exactly what I needed and even hooked me up with some extra cables. I was glad to have such a positive encounter, and him being able to turn my mood around speaks volumes of his work ethic and attitude.Thanks Felipe!

Was assured 3 different times by 2 employees at this store I could keep my phone # I've had for 35 years. I took their advice even insisting I would pay bill in full for 3 weeks anything to save my #. They both said no need the phone # would be on "hold". Went in today & now another employee said # was disconnected & put back into the "pool". Tomorrow I'm going back to talk to store manager to see if he can retrieve # from the pool & rectify his employees mistakes. I believe the employees at this store need to be completely retrained. I have nothing good to say about the unqualified employees at this store.

Had a 11 am appointment today. Even though there was 6 people waiting, I was called at 11. I took care of my lssue in a timely manner. Service was good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. Employees paying more attention to their phones then customers. No explanation of existing issues with the comcast system for tracking equipment. No suggestions on how to fix any issues/problems you might be experiencing with service. It would be easier if the location was replaced with self-service kiosk. Complete waste of time. Go to the Schuamburg location, much better customer service but there is a wait. The wait at Schaumburg is cause the employees are helping customers, instead of just turning customers away.

Absolutely incompetent. They have been attempting to switch my phone from At&T for 4 days now. No phone for 4 days, no explanation or follow up. They only seem to be working on it when we go to the store or spend 5 hours on the phone with customer service.

Is there anything worse than an issue with Xfinity???? You can never get a hold of a live person without countless voice menu options and then when you are able to speak with someone live, they rarely solve the issue. My box stopped working and I was told to pick up a new one. So I have to take time off of work, drive to their store an pick up a new box. I take the box home, unwrap the packaging only to find that it is not a new box, but a refurbished box looking like it had not even been sanitized. After an hour or so of trying to program the remote to no avail, I had to call them again, many voice menu options, of course. When I finally reached someone live, he did try and resolve the issue, but had no success. I was told I had to go back to the infinity store and pick up a new remote control. I have no choice. So more time off of work. More frustration I am sure. No guarantee that this will solve the issue. So I asked to have a tech come out to assure that everything is working fine and he said no problem, but there will be a $100 charge.

At first entrance it was very unwelcoming based on the fact that they do not have a wheelchair accessible slope. The wife was having difficulty getting me study on the sidewalk. And all the employees did was just stare did not even offer help. Comcast is incredibly scammy their prices fluctuate billing wise calling people to want to cancel.

Went in to see about lowering my plan and the big guy who was sitting at the desk was nice to all the customers before me and helpful i noticed while i waited and very short and rude to me, he didn't seem to want to help me and as if i was annoying him, then i seen a second younger kid and he didn't seem to want to help me as he stood there with no customer at the computer doing nothing until i approached him asking him a question regarding the plans, i will never go back to the Arlington Heights location for any person to person business!

They made returning equipment more difficult than it should be (2 step process). The guy who “took” the equipment (you have to separate out all items and put them in the right place yourself) was grouchy. Then you had to go to another person for them to remove it from your account, which was also more complicated then it needed to be (though he was nice).

So I need to say is that xfinty is selling bad Samsung s21 phones. Ok not there problem but when you send the phone to Samsung they give you the run around they keep your phone for about a month and then when they warranty it out and replace it with a different model that you are unaware about. So I'm bring this to people's attention so they can make a informed discussion on what phone to buy I have bought Samsung phones for years no problem and when I ran into one there service was rotten to the core I have been with friends with apple products and have seen a major difference between the companies. So use this as a tool to decide what type of company you want to do business with apple or Samsung. So xfinty but you are working with a terrible company.

I've had the triple play service for over a decade. They keep raising the're pricing no matter what. Started w/ $139 after "deal" ran out, went to $200. Then to $220. I kept cutting back my service package but somehow the charge was always $220. Last month they raised me to $267. I really have had enough. Comcast is like dealing with the devil.
