I was bringing a return into this UPS store, thought they were open til 7 pm. Walked up to door to go in and saw they were closed as of 6:30 pm. Went to get back in my car and 1 of the employees came to door and told me to come in. When I said I thought they were closed, he said it's OK, I'm still here finishing up things. I was thankful he saved me from having to make another trip back tomorrow. Great employee and awesome customer service!! I will definitely come here for my returns ect.....

The manager Natalie was incredibly helpful! She is very knowledgeable and helped with my printing needs. She easily helped me print my envelopes for my wedding! Other stores like Staples or Office Depot don’t offer printing on envelopes, so this is the place to go!
I’ll also ship my items from this location as well and it is very easy. Definitely recommend this store for both shipping and printing!

Do no believe them!!!! They charged over $23.02 for evelop delivery ( about 300 miles ( Illinois to Ohio) - week after we still waiting- It’s SCAM - SCAM WARNING HERE!!!!
