Had a bad experience in this place, especially with Albena Vaseev. She was very rude and irritated with any question we asked. She addressed my wife as “hey girl,” which I consider unprofessional and I ask the company management to pay attention to this. The receptionist was friendly, hence the two stars.

I love to work with h&r block it's my first time but I had a great experience with Diane. I love her way to work she is very friendly and lady. I highly recommend everyone H&R block.

Great service. Thomas Srnak is the best. He's done our taxes for a few years and we are completely satisfied. Tom is truly an asset at H&R Block and plan on going back for years to come.

I called just to get prices on new ITIN's when the lady on the phone, said "We can't help you here! To do that you can go to other places..." I usually do taxes on my own but this time I wanted to file with a H&R Block since I need ITIN's for my dependants. I guess she was right, I'll go to another place.

My boyfriend and I filed our taxes at this H&R Block office on February 8, 2021. Here we are 45 days later, with no answers as to why our returns are delayed. And by the way, my return hasn’t even been processed per the IRS website, despite being told numerous times by staff at this office that the IRS is processing my return. We both have been very proactive in trying to get answers from the IRS with no success. Today, I called H&R Block’s customer service department and was told to contact the IRS. What do you think I have been trying to do for the past couple of weeks!!!!! With zero luck. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Once the supervisor was able to take my call, we spoke for about 5 minutes, and the call mysteriously got disconnected. I should have went with my gut instinct, and walked out of the place, when the tax preparer looked like a deer in headlights, while preparing our taxes. I completely understand what is happening in our country and the delays in processing returns, but when the direct source is saying that they don’t have my return. There has to be a disconnect somewhere. This is my first and last time preparing my taxes with H&R Block. Worst tax experience of my life. I will stick to a CPA and pay the extra money. I prepared my taxes at H&R Block, due to my boyfriend’s suggestion. So guess who’s in hot water with me now????I appreciate honesty and would respect and accept a “Hey we screwed up.”
