I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Best Buy. I made a purchase using the Zip installment plan, but when I tried to change the delivery address, the system wouldn't let me and required additional data that didn’t work. I spent 3 hours with customer support (consultant Boomika), but my order was ultimately canceled without any resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and has wasted my time and effort. I do not recommend shopping at Best Buy if you value your time and expect competent customer support.

Very disappointed with this store(Best Buy Arlington Hts.,) and will never use this location....! I. purchased a wireless speaker online on sale and was scheduled to pick up in one hour. within 2 hours waiting i didn't get any update so vent inside the store .Customer service said ...they cant find it and have to cancel the order..... I found same speaker on the shelf just a different color ...it would be fine with me... But the manager was to cheap to match the price......wow .

I get anxious shopping especially by myself and this particular Best Buy didn’t make me feel great. First the checkout line was totally closed so you had to go to geek squad, and when I was there I was “helped” by Nick who basically spoke nothing to me and seemed very disinterested. The store as a whole seemed very low on stock as well.
I can’t recommend this location.

And transferred all my old apps and put in a new SD CARD IN MY PHONE.
