Being a long time plumber on the road I frequent many foreign (to me) supply houses. Some make you feel welcome others treat you like a third world citizen.We were treated kindly and quickly. Reason for the low rating is the price was double what one would expect to pay. A $15 item cost us $30 each. I know it happens everywhere, but I don't have to like it. They treat homeowners the same way most times. I think it is called price gouging! That is all

Says they close at 4:30, I show up to make a purchase at 4:25 and they're getting in their cars leaving, doors are locked up... lost my business
