It went pretty well there the staff was really nice. Having to back off a street was about the only frustrating thing. You can pull in the lot across from the docks and back across the street to your dock I got there at around 530am and the street was already busy.

Idc what anyone says this is the best shipper iv ever worked with 5 hours early going home for a family emergency and they still worked me in to get unloaded so i could get back home! Y’all be nice to these people they are amazing! They are also super helpful as well being this is my first time here!

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and went in through the north side of the building, the gentleman at the window was very helpful with telling me where the docks actually were (South side of the building where you back in from the street, as other reviews have mentioned). Parked in the center of the street, talked to Dan the Forklift Man, he was very forward and professional. No confusion at all. Got me in a dock immediately. Another driver from Smith Transport was getting unloaded and offered to watch traffic for me. Pull in across the street and back across the road from there, it's a black hole dock so you might have to get out a few times. 17 pallets and Dan had me done by himself in 10 minutes. Also answered any questions I had afterward. Definitely won't mind coming back here. But if you haven't left yet and another driver is about to back in, do the right thing and help a fellow driver out. What the Smith driver did for me, I did for someone else even after I was unloaded.

No truck parking. Fast unload

Wild place. Not much of room for truck parking. Waited at center line till one of the trucks pulled out of garage. Yes you are backing into garage then climb the metal stairs to warehouse receiving person.4 docks but only one used while other 3 had their trailer parked. There are rooms to right and left of parked trailers that is depends on what door they are unloading you. Once docked it took 20 min to unload 3 pallets. Quick out. To back on to dock you will be blocking both traffics but there is drive way you can pull up to straigh your truck. Overall not bad but don't think will be coming back.
