Not the most efficiently run pharmacy at all with pretty much no respect for a patient's time. I was told by the only male tech working at the time (10/26 noonish) that is was ok to come on in because they were in the process of filling the last of four prescriptions. When I got there, after about 20 minutes, it wasn't ready. And after waiting another 15 minutes in-store, still nothing as they pretty much forgot I was there...no urgency whatsoever! They only told me it was "almost ready" after I approached them for a final time to tell them I was leaving so I just left. Really disheartening to see what appeared to be a large amount of staff talking about nonsense in front of patients when just one of them could have taken a quick minute to fill my script when I was literally the ONLY patient there at one point. As a physician in the community, if I ran my urgent care modeled after this pharmacy, its doors would probably close tomorrow.

Called the pharmacy since they delayed my son's prescription for over 5 days causing us to miss end of the year prices and Walmart charging us $350 vs $0. I was told to contact the doctors office and our insurance and ultimately sent back to deal with Walmart again. The pharmacist told me there's nothing they can do and can't tell me why it took long to get the approval (nothing in their system gives this info). When I was trying to tell her there has to be some notes as it's not my fault she cut me off and then hung up on me! Can't believe the unprofessionalism. I have been a customer for over 17 years and this is just unacceptable. I will be finding another pharmacy for my family's prescription needs.

Seriously the best pharmacist's and tech's work here. This has been my pharmacy for years because of the people. It's so rare to see people who care.. so go thank your pharmacist's and tech's today.. this is my way of saying thank you for all you do!!
