I been banking here for so much long time. I hate coming here specially when the worker got bad attitude problem. I went to the bank for inquiring on my account. It was abut 5 mins to closing time. She clearly wasn’t happy and I over heard her saying I hate when people come by closing time. I told her it’s fine I can come back tomorrow. That’s was really unprofessional of her. I will definitely close my account and move to different bank.

Every time I need to deposit a check there's this really nice gal (Victoria) who helps me and she has the most wonderful customer service. She's really friendly, and I always feel welcome when I go there.

I was waiting with a customer in the bank was sitting while the customer was been attending to an a lady came out and telling me that I can't sit and wait here and I can't sleep I was not sleeping just sitting with my head leaning back and say they are in some control environments I understand that but she need tolearn how to speak to people she was rude in her speaking she could have say it a nicer way.

Nice bank with good people.Interest rates are not as good as those online, but it is nice to talk with a person.Also they can handle issues when they arrive which is hard to do online.

MAJOR SAFETY AND PRIVACY FLAW FOR CREDIT CARDS IF USING ONLINE BANKING THROUGH BMO!!! BMO Harris allows the option to update settings (including address) to your account online. Under that account is housed both debit and credit cards. Despite being able to update statement preferences (paperless, etc.), for BOTH debit and credit cards under the account, you CANNOT update addresses to credit cards online. That would be fine EXCEPT this is not indicated ANYWHERE and not even a lot of employees know this. So you update your account address online (not under the specific debit or credit card, but the whole thing). Your debit card address will update but your credit card will not. This means that your credit card statement will still be sent to your old (potentially dangerous!) address for someone to read what you've bought and where. Some staff at BMO had no idea why this was happening to me, and told me that it was all fixed in their system (they looked up my account via my SSN, not debit number or anything, so you would think my credit card would also appear.) Not a single staff member had any sympathy for the fact that they sent my personal, private information to someone else. At first, I was just told that that "Well why don't you just try going paperless online, since you aren't getting them sent to you anyway." since they didn't know what to do. It took several transfers for someone to know that credit cards were not updated online. Again, not a single person had any care about this, and BMO will certainly not be changing their online system to include a disclaimer because they simply do not care about your privacy, or even safety.

We use BMO for our association. The people at the branch are friendly and try to help, the real problem is BMO. They are a bank that operates like they are stuck in the last millennium. Online banking is nearly non-existent. If you like banking with hand written checks or maybe paying in beads and shells, small sacks of gold ore or bartering with goats and cats this is the bank for you.

Update your website! Went out of my way for a drive through open early, only to find out the website for the Algonquin location is wrong! Let's hope your technology for online banking is better than your communication for something so basic to your business

This bank is by far the worst customer service bank ever. Their hours are terrible the majority of the staff are very unfriendly. They need a full management change here. They use to be one of the best, now they are the leaders in bad service.

Hours posted on door, windows and internet are apparently all incorrect as the drive thru closes at 5PM. I got there a few minutes before 5PM and they had turned closed signs on and refused to acknowledge me even though another vehicle was being waited on. Every encounter I have with this bank is “the customer comes last”.

I've been doing banking with this branch for over 20 years for my parents. The banker Parma has moved over to the elk Grove village branch as a manager now and Alexis who was the banker I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and work with me. It seems this is a old traditional bank where things move a bit slowly and I think that is based on staffing issues or rotating staff around at this branch at the moment. It took a while to see a banker and one gentleman came in and it was taking too long and he left this appeared to be for a new account but I can't be sure. If you're able to wait if there's a lot of people ahead of you it's worth the wait. It seems that this bank is suffering from what is known as the newspaper problem and dealing with erratic demand. If too many people come in all at one time the staff is not equipped to handle large groups of customers at one time. This may be a temporary situation that could get resolved quickly in the future as the staffing gets ramped back up again. Handicapped accessible parking and doors are available.

I went in to open a checking and savings account. Ms Paramgit Bhathal was very personable, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. She is an asset to this location and I will continue to use her services and advice. Thank you BMO
