Arrived 20 minutes early for my 9:45 first appointment. Filled out the questionnaire by 9:45. Still waiting in the waiting room at 10:16. They told me it would be another 30 minutes until they could get me in a room. I left, thanks for a complete waste of time. Glad I fasted for no reason at all.
