Awful customer service. Frequent lost packages and they refuse to help troubleshoot when mail goes missing.

Wish I could leave a 0. Complete joke. They don’t answer the phones. Close for an hour and a half during the busiest part of the day. Packages go here to die.

My mail person left me a bent key to open the box with and when I tried to retrieve my package it broke and they have not fixed it still 3 days later! I tried calling but got sent to automated hell!

The postal ladies are really sweet! Lots of parking-on a one way street so remember that when trying to get there!
