Zero Point is a wonderful spot to check out a great collection of rocks, jewelry, & more! The vibe here is great; very peaceful. I consider this a must see while visiting the shops in downtown Sandpoint.

Gorgeous little shop. I like to stop in whenever I'm in the area, and have bought several beautiful specimens from them over the years. My only complaint is the dozen or so little cards everywhere asking customers not to touch the crystals. Almost every crystal's price sticker is on the bottom, so you literally have to touch them to see what they cost.

The store is beautiful, a bit spendy but would be worth it if the staff actually had an ounce of customer service. 3 snotty employees didnt look up, greet, or say anything to us the entire time we were in the store -except for mumbling to each other that I better put my finger down as I pointed to something. We even tried to make an effort and smiled and said hi and they ignored us...

Am from spokane and drive up every few months. The store is a must see if going to Sandpoint. I was just there this last Sunday April 23,2023.The staff has always been so friendly and engaging but I have to give a shout out to the young man who was working that day. I'm learning about crystals and rocks and am always wanting to learn. He took the time to chat with me and teach me a few things. All your staff are good but this young man made your store shine even more. I give your store 5 hearts as well as stars ❤❤❤❤❤

They had exactly what I was looking for and more! I was so impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the two people working there. They had extensive knowledge of the rocks and gems in the shop, and provided me with lots of information in a calm, professional way. Thank you!

Maybe a yr ago & I love love lovvvvve this little local shop - the minute I walked in the door - I felt an INSTANT CALM!!! Beautiful pretties, displays, I felt like maybe I stayed to long , but everyone working there made me feel rite at home& their knowledge was on point which I appreciate, so ty for having such a BEAUTIFUL AWESOME LOVELY shop.....
