The pickle kitchen is one of my favorite places in Sandpoint. I come here to get Honey. My grandchildren love the honey and we set up flights for them to taste. Best honey ever!

Very niche, to say the least.We bought some freeze dried dill pickle taffy and it was an odd layer of flavor and texture in the mouth. We aren't pickle stans, but it was surprisingly good!Can't wait to try our pumpkin butter.

Love the new location. I go for the pickled Brussel Sprouts, they are phenomenal. They used to give samples of products, didn't see any evidence of that.

Really neat store, I was tempted to get both an olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but they were a little spendy so I just got a balsamic vinegar, so many options I had a hard time narrowing down which one to get. Finally decided on a mango one & it is spectacular. I have used it on salads, over mozzarella and even marinated a chicken breast in it - so good!! I wish they were closer to me (as I don’t think they ship) but every time I am in Florence I will be stopping here to buy! Excellent!

Very friendly staff with a wide selection of pickled goodies. A must stop if you are in the area to restock the pantry or just try a fresh pickle on a stick. Highly recommend stopping in

I just finished my last jar of pickled okra, and realized the shop might be temporarily shut down for covid-19 and was freaking out but you can order online! Please don’t ever stop making these pickled items, nobody else makes them like you. Really.
