Called Trans Doc late in the day and mike said come down ... he jumped my truck with a scanner told me what I had assumed was the issue...and said I'm busy come back in the morning and we can change some Parts ...let me stack my huge rv in his already overloaded drive way for the day.... fast and easy

Glad we discovered Trans Doc Transmissions. As far as auto repair places go, it was as you would expect. But, they were extremely helpful, patient and took care of business. Having what we needed, when they said they would. That was nice to see. Not much experience as far as paying for auto repair or mechanics because my husband has always taken care of whatever was necessary. Not as young as we used to be now so it's nice to know there are honest and knowledgeable mechanics out there.

I have had several of my cars worked on by Trans Doc and every time has been a good experience. Very straightforward and honest about what the problem is and the solution, even what could have been put off if I was unable to afford it at the moment. Price has always been way less than any dealership too. Local business and local owner so it's nice to know my money is being well spent back into the area I live and not some big corporate dealership.

We spent 4 hours looking in Spokane for two parts for a 4l60e and wasn't getti mg anywhere called these guys and they were very respectful on the phone and willing to help. Showed up and the guy was amazingly helpful and it was cheap thank u so much for your help.

My transmissions needed a part. I was told it was dealer part and it would take a couple days to get it. I was given a quote of several hundred dollars. Just out of curiosity, I called the local dealer myself. They had the part, in stock, for half the price I was quoted. Beware!
