Ryan is always there and always helpful and polite. We lost our keys and he cut off the old locks so we could replace them, and never charged us anything for his service. I had a storage unit elsewhere at one time that i had to have the lock cut off and i had to wait a week and then pay a fee for the service.

After 2 months of terrible incidents in our life, Stateline Storage made it a good day..I believe we got the last open units but the price was less than any other I ck'd!

We just closed out our storage unit after moving out of the area and had to write a review. These are clean secure and some of the lowest prices you’ll find. The staff made the entire process so easy! I couldn’t believe how smooth the process went from start to finish. How refreshing to deal with a business like this! If we ever need storage again I’ll make the drive just for the way they operate :)

Clean and sizable units at a very reasonable rate. The staff is great and friendly, the manager works her butt off making sure things are tidy and maintained. She gave me great storage tips upon moving in and has always been helpful! Best experience I’ve had storing my stuff.

Easy to work with while finding a place to store stuff while moving, at a reasonable price for the size of the unit. Great security as well.

Staff I spoke with was rude and pushy. The facility is run down and from what I could see not well paved paved if at all in some locations. I was able to find another location close by with a better rate and newer facilities. I would not recommend this site.
