We had a dead battery across the street from the Post Falls store. The guys went way above and beyond. My husband walked across the street, they loaned him a jump starter but the battery was just gone. One of the employees came back with him, with the new battery, and got us back up and running. Thank you! They were kind, professional and outstanding!

I purchased a battery about 6 mos ago and my car wouldn't start this morning, didn't see any lights or dome lights on, kinda weird. Had a neighbor give me a jump and went down to the store. Josh did a thorough battery and systems test and saw my volts were a bit low, he swapped it out and thoroughly cleaned all my cables and cab like a surgeon. My battery compartment glistened like polished silver when he was done. Retested my new battery and systems and put me back on the road. Battery under warranty / no charge. Best service I've ever received from an auto parts store. Much appreciated!!

I’ve been having an issue with my headlight bulb on the driver side of my Honda Civic. I was lucky enough to have Paul help me. He was very informative and super friendly. We discussed a few things that I can do in the future if the bulb issue persist. If all customer service employees were as great as Paul this world would be a better place. I hope you see this and thanks again!

I've rarely met a more friendly and helpful crew anywhere! I needed a new battery for my car desperately, the price was right, but I had no way to install it myself. Paul was more than happy and knowledgeable to change it out for me quickly!! He was really knowledgeable about Subarus as well, and the need to maintain power to the computer while the battery is disconnected, which I would have never known. So thank you O'Reilly Post Falls, you guys are the best!
