my back light went and, I took it there to try to just get a quick fix, all the sudden dude says he wants 65$ just to look at it. left and called the garage they looked at my light and switched it out for free. seem like more of a family ran business at the garage.

Great service! We moved to BA last year and still had not found a place to service my husband’s work truck. I called and the office girl was super friendly. They squeezed us in late Friday morning and were very accommodating! We’ll definitely be back!

This is a 5 star auto repair shop. Honest, great work, transparent pricing, clean environment. Tech savvy with an online repair quote system and genuinely pleasant to talk to when you call. Don’t get dismissed and ripped off by a dealership take your car to Family Auto Repair.

Scott and the guys at Family Auto Repair did us a huge solid! We are an auto racing family from Texas heading to Kansas - we had an oil leak and A/C problems outside of Tulsa on Memorial Weekend. Scott made room in their schedule to personally take care of us. We were in and out of there within 3 hours with all of our issues addressed! We can't thank him and his crew enough! ...highly recommend...!

I had an appointment with them at 10 and they weren't even open. I called them 15 minutes later to see if they were open, and they still weren't open. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not going through them. Their customer service is awful.

DoNT GO TO THIS PlACE.. My truck had more an more problems everytime i talk to him .. I had him work on the throttle body an i got it back with all kind of electrical problems my widows,windshield wipers,radio all dont work inless in park .. Im 1500 in the whole an still need to take it in to a professional..

Beware!!! My son in law brought in his vehicle in to repair the air conditioner. I called to ask the mechanic what was broken. I am a nationally certified dealership automotive mechanic so I have very specific questions. He immediately became very defensive and extremely rude and explained his procedure to fix it, which was selling parts before doing a professional diagnosis. This guy sounds great to those who are not mechanics and don't have an arsenal of questions. I don't think defensive mechanics are to be trusted. It is my understanding the ownership changed recently. I do not recommend Broken Arrow.

the worst automotive experience in my life. car came back worse and worse everytime it was brought in . paid over 2000 in repairs, and now im paying a PROFFESSIONAL mechanic , which is another 900 to fix what they messed up.. .. do not go here.... if you break down in front of this building , walk the neccesary mileage to find a real shop..
