Wait times can be very long. I personally had a very bad experience with flooring installation using their vendor. They did so poor a job, it had to be ripped out completely. I am still waiting for a proper resolution and had to be on a lot of calls to get the issue across properly.”

“It's hard to say anything bad about Lowes in Chubbuck. The staff is friendly, they have a good military discount (10%), and the product line is great. I go to Lowes at least twice a week, and they always have what I'm looking for. I get my propane and my drinking water from them, and just about about every tool I own, from the table saw and mitre saw to hammers, screws, paint, and lumber. I used to be a Home Depot man, but with the convenient location and friendly, helpful staff, I've become a Lowes man.”

“5 stars for there customer service. Mike and Wayne were awesome at helping me get a Gen 3 tool box. I have been waiting for 6 months for them to finally release the gen3 in green. I have been going in almost every other week and asking about it. They have been understanding and patient with me and made everything right. ( I originally wanted the Gen 2). Another thing, I bought hammer drill and it burned up the first time I used it. HF replaced no Hassel. No wonder they always get my money.”
