First time ever for my wife and I. We celebrated our 16th anniversary with these fine folks, and everything was great. When we arrived the young lady in the office was very cheery and was fun to work with on completing our reservation. After taking our stuff to the room she was even helpful on the local places to eat! I will for sure be making more reservations. Small little get away from home without traveling for long distance! Thank you Black Swan Inn. We will surely be back!

We have stayed several times over the years and it's just losing its luster. The art on the walls is amazing but for the price you pay it's not worth it anymore. The carpets are dated and worn. The tub has chips in it and the shower was cracked and had very worn tile. The room we were in had a walk way with loose "tile" pieces. As soon as we walked into the room it smelled musty and like mold and mildew. While sitting in the soaking tub we had stuff drop out of the grape lattice ceiling into the bath. When we turned on the jets the tub foamed like crazy. It was really nice a few years ago but for the price tag you could get a huge modern suite. They have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker but no coffee not even a plastic cup to get a drink from the sink. On the plus side they did have some nice add ons like chilled cider, or a movie bucket, but the staff had no idea how to help us with a DVD for the TV attached at the ceiling. It is easy to get on and off the highway or go into old town.Rooms: Old and worn out. Very musky smells of mold and mildewWalkability: Close to gas station, a park, and fast food or Oliver's dinner is just down the street.Food & drinks: No real onsite food and free breakfast is prepackaged muffins. For an extra 15 you can get food from the dinner down the street delivered.

Bring your own pillow!!! I ran out to my car at 2am to grab my pillow due to every muscle in my neck and back screaming. . . And I'm 24 years old.Other than that, great place! Nice staff! And a really fun sexy retreat!

We stayed at the Egyptian suite. In a word it was phenomenal. They decorated the whole room beautifully. You can just lie on the bed and watch the giant tv. This suite comes with the steam bath and massage chair option. The complementary breakfast is very good. It’s a little pricy but compared to the service they are giving I can’t complain. Pocatello’s hidden gem.

When a winter storm forced us to move up our arrival, the staff was unbelievably accommodating, having our room ready for an early check-in 4 hours early!Despite the rush they had to make on our behalf, the music they had going and everything about the preparations they made, left the atmosphere really feeling like we'd stepped out of the present, and into the middle of a cabin in the forest.Magical, romantic, and one of many reasons we choose this theme hotel year after year.Worth every penny to escape the fast paced life of the present, slow down, and step back into another time. I love it!!!

This place is phenomenal. The customer service was amazing. The owners are amazing and very compassionate. Despite the unfortunate events we had the day of our stay, the owners and staff were there to make it so our day was better. Thank you guys!!!We would highly recommend this business!!

We spent 2 nights here, and we were so lucky, because we could stay in 2 different suites. The first night we spent in the Atlantis and the second night we were in the Egypt suite. I have to say that I've never been this happy ever! We were able to bring our son and being an ocean lover he enjoyed the Atlantis so much. We also brought a guest with us and he stayed for 2 nights at the wild wild west suite, oh how he loved every moment!! If you're in Pocatello, ID please stay at this inn, the breakfasts were wonderfully served and the hosts were absolutely amazing as well. If we come back to Idaho again, I know exactly where we will stay. ?
