Based upon our experience with one of the auto traveler counselors, we give this office 5 stars. Our travel plans were very complicated AND had to be completely re-done, due to a problem that surfaced. Our counselor was very patient and understanding and she did a superb job of taking care of all of our hotel and rental car needs, finding the best rate along while meeting our criteria for comfort and convenience.
