Called to buy some parts. Was on a time crunch and Rob answered the phone. He let me explain what i needed but then put me on hold because other people were there. I was waiting on hold and must of been forgotten, so i hung up. If they put you on hold don’t expect to have your issues or parts addressed fast.

Dwayne was very helpful.I needed to get anti freeze for my 2010 Nissan.Tonights temps will fall to 5° and tomorrow is expected to dip below freezing. It had been some time since I needed to buy antifreeze so the new marketing was unfamiliar to me. Dwayne was able to explain to me the difference in the colors and the importance of purchasing the one for my specific vehicle. Payette NAPA is the place for my automotive needs I will definitely be going back there next time I need something for my 2010 Nissan Versa.
