people always hop and skip to post a bad review honestly I've had so many bad carpet cleaners that just made my house smell worse or it be super dirty again in a couple months because they leave so much residue in the carpet the dirt just sticks I have a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy and A+ carpet care sucked every bit of dirt, hair and who knows what out I've never had so much relief from allergies until they came through I was miserable and they fix the problem I didn't know I had not to mention my carpets looked amazing and it smelled so good the owner kept us laughing the whole time too, great people!

Was in a bit of a time crunch and needed plaques for an end of the season football banquet fast. Plaques were delivered three days after the order was placed. Very pleased with the quality and super impressed with them making my order a priority. Will always be coming back for post season awards.

If it were possible to give these idiots a zero star review I would do it. Dennis came to my house with his wife "Trina" to install my carpet in two rooms. He spent most of the time while he was working barking at her and demeaning her with angry put-downs. Everything else (for me at least) went fine until they said they were finished. The carpet was not installed correctly in the corners and gaps are showing. Also, there are bumps in the carpet where it is not stretched properly (or at all). When I asked about these issues, Dennis said he would return "in a couple of weeks" to re-stretch the carpet and those issues would disappear. Believing what he said to me (Boy was I stupid!!!) before they left I paid him in full and even gave him $25.00 extra as a "thank you" for helping me. Now it's all bad. I have been attempting to call them to get them to come back to my home, but they just hang up as soon as they find out it is me who's calling. When I call back they block my number and will not respond. I have called them from at least six different telephone numbers and this process is just repeated over and over. I don't think they realize that they have messed with the wrong Marine! I am now taking them to small claims court to recover the cost of their poor (and incomplete) installation. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else to help you. Dennis and his wife are dishonest and untrustworthy people. If you let them into your home there's no telling what might happen. There are enough other carpet people in the valley who will help you and who are honest, so do yourself a favor and skip calling these scammers.

I dealt with this business owner in a professional manner and was given the short end of the stick. There was an incident involving his boat which was taken care of completely in a civil matter with the local police involved. To quote this man's words, he said, "because I paid 2 grand for everything. And the bimini was the last thing I bought for it. I just put it on the day before. You bought the boat, that's it. for less than I bought it for 2 weeks earlier." After selling the boat this person decided to strip the boat down to its bare minimum and said, "not only will you lose this complaint, I am now going all over the internet about how you f***** the boat up and your own truck mirror. **** ****** and **** ***** are now going viral is so many ways. Now your lied on the complaint. your a joke." If this business owner isn't honest in his personal life, what makes you think you can trust him in a professional manner? I would strongly urge you to stay away from this business and go to a reputable company who is better able to serve you.
