My husband and I went in on a Thursday and talked to the little guy, Gage about upgrades. He looked into it, says, Yep! You will only have to pay the taxes on the devices, but we don't have the ones you want in stock. If you order it, it will be here Saturday or maybe Sunday.My husband asked several times, so, it's just the sales tax on the devices, which is X amount of dollars? Gage assures us, yes, X amount of dollars. Gage also says he will call us when our phones arrive.We place our order. Saturday comes, Sunday comes, Monday comes... no call from Gage. I track the phones, one ends up arriving on Tuesday, the other on Wednesday. Thursday comes, still no call from Gage. So, my husband and I go back to the store Thursday (one week after our order). The phones are in, a different gentleman starts setting up our phones and mumbles something about $500 ish per phone to purchase, and I'm like, excuse me, what?? So, this gentleman explains that due to my financing limit and the fact that two other lines on my account have just upgraded, that we will need to pay a down-payment on our upgrades. So, I'm like, um... NO. I don't want these phones then, so you might as well stop hooking them up and just stop the whole process, we are NOT getting these phones. Had we known the phones needed that much money down, we never would have ordered them. So, the gentleman proceeds to stop and start reversing it, but it was too late (in the day) and the person who needs to do the refund or whatever is no longer at the call center (don't really need to refund for something I never actually purchased) so, the gentleman says he will call my husband the next day, Friday to finish up the process. Friday comes, no call from said gentleman. Oh, and I tried to call Verizon to get the whole refund or whatever done, but turns out, THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE AND IS NOT ACTUALLY CONNECTED TO VERIZON!! So, even when I tried to call Verizon, they inform me there is nothing they can do on their end... and yet when i call the local number on their website... it goes to a Verizon call center... Just a big vicious loop that conveniently keeps anyone from being able to contact them with out goung to there store...how can it be ok to send me to a call center that can't help me???Anyway... thats just a minor complication at this fricken point.So, here it is Sunday (my next day off and I work the exact hours this joke of a store operates), I go into the store and the girl (who looked homeless... like she didn't even bother to shower or brush her hair before going to work in RETAIL SALES) said the manager is off Sundays and Wednesdays, but I was just there on a Thursday and he wasn't there either?!?!?! Does he work there at all??Anyway, all I want are these stupid phones off my account, and no... I will NOT be paying your $50 per phone for a restocking fee... have your Oompa Loompa, Gage pay that. He's the one who started this whole mess by not thoroughly looking through my account. Had I known the actual cost of the upgrades, the phones never would have been ordered. But, alas... my saga will continue as I venture the store again, this coming Thursday.

Dystinee and all the team there have Fantastical customer service, very quick was able to get the new iPhone 15 plus multiple lines for the family and myself go to VERIZON store they actually help you here.

The rounder guy with a goatee was helping us. We asked to get our current phones service changed over from Xfinity, so all we needed was new sim cards. The dude roasted us for 5-10 minutes about how we came from California before telling us that they didn't even have sim cards. If you can't help you're customers, just tell them. Making fun of where they came just makes you look like a fool.

Great service. I made an appointment and got served as soon as I arrived. I was in and out in about an hour for upgrading my phone and having everything moved over from my old phone. Daryson provided great service and was knowledgeable and patient.

I went in to upgrade my phone this evening. Not only was Gage working the entire store by himself with many customers in there, he was so pleasant with each customer. He was working efficiently to work with several customers at the same time in order to get us in and out as quickly as possible. He even stayed well after closing time to finish my upgrade, as well as helping out another customer. I really appreciated his help, patience, and positive attitude! He was awesome!

We walked into Verizon 40 mins before they were supposed to close. We were so upset because T-Mobile sucks and Jess did everything in her power to help us. She even stayed way past closing time to make sure we were taken care of! She was amazing!
