We paid for a dishwasher May 5 with an expected delivery date of May 26. Here it is June 12 with no idea of when it will arrive. When I call, they say that it's the manufacturer who's to blame and that they now expect it to me delivered 6/23. When I expressed my frustration, they got very defensive saying that they have only been there for a week.That's not my fault, nor is it my problem. I am without what I have paid for over a month ago. I will not be doing business with them ever again.

One, thank you for being open today!It was finally time to replace our old Kenmore fridge from 2006 (still works, but having issues) I am so thankful there is still a Sears to go to. Instead of having to spend 1500-2500 minOn a new fridge we were out the door with tax less than 1500 and we took it home same day, it was in pristine condition no scratches and all set up. We chose to install ourselves. The gentleman was very nice he asked what we were interested in for features ect and if we had a budget we wanted to stay in. Thank you again so much for your help so worth not shopping in boise and taking the drive

We brought a refrigerator from Sears Hometown and it has been difficult since the purchase. I had to contact them about the delivery. There were quite a few scratches on it when it arrived at our house. They said they would talk to the Manager about a discount. The manager declined the discount because they gave us 10% off the purchase due to it being a closeout model. When I got my statement, the real problems began. I was charged twice for the refrigerator and warranty and on 2 different days. This put me over my credit limit by a lot. After multiple phone calls, I was told it was a LITTLE “glitch” in their system. The manager kept telling me he would call back and I always had to call him. He said he would refund me the total amount and my bill would be fixed. First, he only refunded me for the refrigerator. I had to call him to find out if that had been completed and when I went to pickup my receipt, I found out he did not refund the extra warranty. He refunded the warranty then. But my bill is still not fixed, and I have been making multiple calls to Sears credit card to get this fixed. So, Sears “little glitch” has now trashed my credit and I will have to pay for their mistake. I never once heard an apology or felt that put me as any form of importance.

Our washer broke down on February 9th. We went into Sears Hometown on the 10th and purchased a new one. Expected delivery date was February 25th!! Here we are, March 5th and still with no washer! Everytime we call they never know when it will be here. There is inconsistancy on when the freight truck will deliver it. Today I called and now it won't be here for another week!! The fustrating part is that I have to continue to call, there is NO communication on their part whats so ever!!If you buy from here please don't expect it when they say it will be here and don't expect communication on where your appliance is!This will be the last time I purchase anything from this store.3/9/2021- UPDATEWe ended up cancelling our order and got one the same day from Lowe's. We were also told that corporate would be giving us a call on the 5th after all the chaos.....still have not heard a peep from them. Now we wait on the refund process.
