OMG! The prices are out of control. I was left in shock to see my favorite thrift store being so overpriced. I will no longer be donating at my local Savers.

Savers is one of the most expensive second hand stores but it is very clean and they're always putting out new high-quality product. Today was so outrageous my daughter found a sports bra, puma, looks brand new, $9. I went on Amazon to price check, same bra 3 pack, $25.99. what the heck! Know your prices everyone, Savers is charging more than retail!

Went to donate some stuff today and the donation kid walked right past me and didn't acknowledge me. Then after I tried to find another employee behind the curtains he turned around and yelled at the top of his lungs for another employee. Overall bad customer service. I'll take my donations elsewhere next time.

I love the store but prices have gotten so outrageous. Everything is donated, literally 100% profit. Quilta and blankets are marked up to almost meet retail costs. Again these are donations, you don't have to be part of inflation, there is no production or shipping costs for you to cover. Very disappointing Savers, same on you!

Sells used items for more than they originally cost. I’ve seen dollar store or Target $3 and $5 pieces marked up to 3 or 4 times their original cost. Costume jewelry is marked up to genuine vintage prices. It’s honestly disgusting. I could go to any TJ Maxx and pay less for almost any NEW item than what they would charge for it at this “thrift” store.

Incredibly expensive. Only have self checkout available. You must purchase bags. They don't have every item priced and when you ask they went to the back and came back with an exorbitant price.

Rude lazy employees. Ridiculously high prices, Forced self checkout! No changing rooms anymore and only offers exchange if items don't fit!

Way too expensive for thrift.

They took out the dressing rooms and use COVID as an excuse to not bring them back. You can’t try on anything you purchase. If you do buy clothes, they won’t give you a refund if it doesn’t fit. Just store credit. Win win for them.

Update: the pricing is officially out of control. Retail pricing of 40-50%. I found items with original tags priced higher. Frankly the pricing ratio is just too high.
One of my absolute favorite thrift stores! Wide selection and quality in take of items!

I found a little plate with no tag. I asked what price it was? Girl took it from me & ran it up front to a lady, She took it to the back & was gone forever. When I asked for it, so I could check out, she said it would be $7.99 trying to price gouge me for a little plate.
All other were $1.99 to $2.49.

Nice store with helpful personnel. They have many basic items at reasonable prices but you have to be REALLY lucky to find something of value at a good price. The ones with any value are locked and they have high prices.

I like how clean the store looks BUT the prices!!!!!! Last week I went there and looked for kids shoes/toddler shoes! I can’t believe they wanted $15 for a pair of boots for a 1 year old! Used ones and obviously the kid will stop using them after a couple months specifically winter boots!

I used to love going here now the prices are way to high for used clothes some have stains on them and they’re charging a lot ,I’m better off going to Ross or Burlington or something like that and getting it new for same price at savers

Over the past ten years I would make Savers a routine stop on my lunch break most days. I would usually find a deal most days. As of the past year or so, I think they have gone off the rails with the prices and they think the stuff they have is far more valuable than it is. The problem is that they put a crazy price on something and if it sits there long enough someone will buy it. I only stop by one or two times a week now and really haven't bought anything in a couple months. I've seen things I wanted, but don't feel like wasting money there when another store will probably have it soon for a third of the price.
