Worst massage clinic in the area. I would never recommend them to anyone. They’ll con you into an “agreement” which is actually an impossible to get out of contract. The services are over priced and the front desk has no idea what they’re doing due to poor management.

The worst contract I've entered into in my entire life. Impossible to get in. Ever changing "requirements" to gift credits to someone else. Cancelled my membership with 17 unused credits and would rather eat that money than have to deal with this company ever again.

Have been a member for 5 yrs & for the past 12 months having difficulty getting scheduled. I canceled my membership and have 60 days to use up hrs I paid for. Will not recommend.

They refuse to cancel membership or refund. Force you into $80 a month bill for a year with no way to cancel. Terrible customer service. Joke of a company. Don't waste your time.

I have been a member for over ten years, starting out in Bend Oregon. Just today 09/04, I tried booking with the app for anything for October and couldn’t get an appointment. I have so many credits built up and this is extremely frustrating. I only gave the two stars because I have had great therapists.

You pay the membership can't get in and then when you finally do, it's with a therapist who forces you to wear a mask or refuses services. The girl, Sam was also wearing a cloth mask (rather than N95) and nobody else in the office is wearing masks, so what's the point?! How can a reputable business allow an employee to deny services for a mental delusion, but I guess those are the times we live in. Congrats on perpetuating this ridiculousness Massage Envy. I'll be seeking a full refund of all credits and will be sure to pass along my experience. P.S. - This franchise would have more success in Portland.

My massages are great when I can actually receive one. My husband got me a membership for Christmas. I’ve only had the membership for 4 mos & I have been cancelled on a handful of times already. It is extremely frustrating!!If it were me as the customer canceling last minute I would be losing my credits but it’s ok for them apparently. After I receive my massage for this month I will definitely be canceling my membership & taking my business elsewhere where it can be reliable.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! If I could give negative stars I would!Got a gift card from my wife, called to make an apt. But they were booked out 6 weeks! Then they cancelled my apt. the day of and rescheduled me for Friday morning early and told me it was the only thing available. They refused to refund my gift card so I could go somewhere else and when I was late,as will happen on on a Friday early morning apt. they charged my card. Now I'm out $200 and never got a massage!

I enjoyed the employees and the therapists and had a membership for several years. Everyone was very pleasant. Unfortunately it became so difficult to get on their schedule I could never get in and my therapists were constantly changing. When I chose to cancel my membership I had a few weeks to use up my credit but again, they had no openings for me in those weeks; unless I wanted to call every day in case someone else cancelled. I lost about $300 in credit.

I don’t understand all of the negative comments pertaining to this establishment. I signed up for the membership a few months ago. If I couldn’t book an appointment they try to work with me and see if they have any cancellations or any openings for other services. They told me I should call in on the first of the month when they open up the 3rd month to get on a routine so I don’t miss any months and to call in a few days before if I missed booking a month to see if they have any cancellations. The front desk girls have been so helpful. So I got on a routine and do my part to make my membership work for me. The staff has always been professional and don’t try to take your money. They actually care about you and your specific needs. Now that they have changed owners and management I’ve seen a huge change in how they care for their members. I would keep in mind Disgruntled people are typically the ones to leave reviews, not the ones who had great experiences. But I think the ones who have great experiences should start leaving reviews!
