I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had.I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair.I will definitely be ordering again in the future.”

Rya welcomed me when I walked in and noticed I had a return and helped me right away! She was very patient and helpful.
