I had a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience when trying to get medications filled for a pet. I work at a reputable small animal veterinary hospital and needed an anti-nausea medication filled for a sick pet that had just left our facility. Not only was the pharmacist and manager incredibly rude, but they refused to fill the medication because they admitted to not knowing how pets are appropriately dosed, and the doctor's prescription wasn't worthy. I had to spell the name of a prominent vet medical drug handbook for them. Terrifying. Ended up needing to call Vics for an emergency prescription fill at 5:45pm, because they "couldn't" and wouldn't help me. Our doctors prescription wasn't enough. I hope pet owners and vet clinics are wary of this pharmacy. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I wish I was exaggerating.

For the second time at this location, I showed up for my confirmed vaccination appointment to be told I couldn't get my shot that day. The first time they said they were out of stock. This time they said they didn't have anyone available to give shots. It is a 45 minute drive one way in heavy traffic for me to get here. I won't be coming back under any circumstance.

Do not purchase things online for store pick up here. They will not give you everything your ordered, accuse you of lying and keep your money.

I have shopped at Walgreens for several years and have had great experiences. Today, however, was not pleasant. I placed an order for delivery on 8/26 @5:16pm which was to be delivered by 7pm. I received a text at 6:17pm that the order was delayed but they would send an update. At 8:20pm I called the Walgreens at 923 Caldwell Blvd in Nampa, Idaho, requesting an update. The kid that answered got the manager and he said they don't do deliveries!! So I asked if that meant I wouldn't be getting my order and he said "We don't deliver." I told him I placed an order for delivery 2 weeks ago with Walgreens and it WAS delivered! He then raised his voice and said "You didn't get it from here. We don't deliver!" then hung up on me!!! Are you kidding? The Walgreens.com definitely offers delivery for a $5.99 charge and advertised free delivery on 8/26. I would not recommend shopping at this Walgreens as they definitely lack any kind of customer service. Oh...just received a text from Walgreens. They apologized stating they had to substitute items and my order will be delivered to my house on 8/27 between 9:15-9:45am.

Worst drive up experience, ever. I went to their drive up and go to get my items. I checked in on the app, and the gal came out with my items, she placed them in the backseat. I asked her if everything was there because it didn't look like enough and even questioned her on a couple of the items. She stated everything was there and the receipt was in the bags. I got home and took my items out and realized that I was missing Diet Coke and my shavers. I called the store and Randy answered and said they tried to chase out after me to bring me the diet coke's, but I was already gone. I told him the shaver were missing and he told me to bring the receipt with me. I got back to the store and Randy came out with a Diet Coke's. I told him that the shavers were not in the bags and he said that he needed to see the bags. I stated the bags were at home and after I took the paper towels out of the bags, I realize the diet Cokes and the shavers were missing. He wanted me to drive all the way back home to get the bags with the two paper towels in them to show him the shavers were not in there. I told him it was close to 10 o'clock at night and I had worked all day and I was not going to drive back home AGAIN to go get him the two bags with the paper towels in them to prove to him that the shavers were not there. At that point he gave me attitude and stated that he was not going to issue me a refund unless I drove back home and got the bags with the paper towels in them to show him to the shavers were not in those bags. It made no sense whatsoever. So now I'm out 6 bucks because I was not going to drive all the back home, AGAIN to show him that there were no shavers in the bag. Horrible horrible customer service. With that being said, Randy- sorry for calling you an idiot because that was no cool, I was just extremely frustrated.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. I've been using them for about 7 months because it's the closest to my house. They can never find my prescriptions ... even though they call me tell me it's ready. I go and get it and BOOM not there. I have wasted literal HOURS trying to get my medicine. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible. We just got scammed at this place. We have been using this Walgreens since we moved here 3+ years ago. We just refilled 4 prescriptions here today. Three were for my sick little dogs. We just got a prescription recently from our veterinarian but needed to refill it because he is 50 minutes away. We payed $22 for 21 pills through him and Walgreens charged my husband $134.00 for 25 pills. When he got home I called them and told them I want to return it. They refused. The bag was still stapled shut. I told them even if we will never use your pharmacy again, they said yes, even if you never come back. I am going to write the corporate office. Not sure it will do any good after going on the consumer complaint website. Walgreens only resolves a very small percentage of their complaints. Don't use this pharmacy they are not reputable at all.

In the midst of a pandemic . . . you would think PHARMACIES would do the right thing with the vaccine, right? Case in point: The Walgreens pharmacy on the corner DENIED me a second COVID shot because "Your insurance won't cover it." This after I called in this morning and asked for a "walk-in" follow up shot. The response? "We don't take walk-in appointments." So I went online, completed ALL the required information, and showed up EARLY for my 2:30 appointment. First they told me "It's too soon to get your second shot." No, it isn't, it's been 21 days, look on the back of my card. "Oh, well, um . . . your insurance wont' cover it." I thought COVID shots were free? "They are, but, you are NOT getting a COVID shot today because your insurance won't cover it. Try coming back tomorrow!" She said with a cheery, fake, stupid smile. As we leave in disgust, to try to find a location that actually WILL administer the shot you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to receive, we drive passed the Walgreens digital sign on the corner of 12 and Greenhurst in Nampa: "Walk-In for Free Covid Shots!" Send a photographer over there, right now. Take a picture of their stupid sign, then have the reporter walk in and ask for my "free walk in COVID shot." THAT'S why Idaho has a COVID problem. It's not because folks don't want to get the shot . . . it's because these crooked pharmacies want to be damn sure they get paid. And there's the REAL story. --

If you want sarcasm and the looks of pissy young women here's the place!!!! My prescriptions weeds to being followed up and I asked why. Their response: "Well if I followed up every customer request I'd be ever get anything done" That's your job!!!! Go ANYWHERE else

Worst pharmacy ever, pharmacy staff horrible it is painfully obvious not one of them wanted to be at work and they hate their job. Staff is SO rude to all customers whether on the phone in drive thru or in person. There were about 5 people in front of me in line and they were so mean to every single person ... Absolutely horrible. The pharmacist was condescending and rude, he acted like it was an inconvenience to speak with me and treated me like crap . Any Walgreens I have gone to the staff is so incredibly rude. There is a male person ... I would NEVER call him a gentleman... Juan I believe is his name ... he takes the cake of rude. I had 2 interactions with this person and each time he acted bitter and angry with me being there. My feeling is he needs to get a new job because he evidently hates his job or people in general. I will never go back to any Walgreens! If anyone has stated a positive about Walgreens my guess is they are family or friend or employee since I have NEVER had any positive experience with any Walgreens. Walgreens is a terrible pharmacy. I am surprised this one is even still around. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS IT WILL BE A HORRIBLE experience. Walmart is soooooo much better helpful nice happy to help... that's where I transferred my medications .
