Outstanding customer service! Katrice is very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me find the best phone to suit my needs and explained some of the more intimidating aspects of the internet like security and transferring data to my new phone. Katrice at the store off Caldwell Blvd went above and beyond by helping me and my family to get into an awesome bundled deal package!! Katrice has the most insight and insider intel about all the phones she had to offer! The experience was extremely pleasant and painless. Katrice kept our family up to speed during the entire time we had to port in 4 numbers and constantly stayed positive giving us up to the minute notifications on how time consuming the process would take! Katrice was very easy to approach and literally had every answer to ALL questions we asked. Even went out of her way to help us set up certain apps we like such as FB, Snapchat and how to protect our photos and data. We would have never know these things if we didnt go to the 199 Caldwell Blvd Store in Nampa!! Thanks a ton Katrice!!! You deserve a raise with you upbeat positive attitude and how valuable of an employee you are because I send my other family members there now, its a no-brainer! Damian was extremely professional and friendly. He looked up all the promotions he could to give me the best deal possible. I walked out with a 230 dollar phone and unlimited service for 72 bucks. He even helped me get back into my Facebook. I will always recommend anyone to go to him!

Switched to Boost from Cricket for a cheaper phone plan. They offer a free phone when switching. They didn't have the phone in stock that my husband and I wanted. The CSR told us we had 7 days to exchange our phones at any location as long as we had the receipt, so we would buy the phones. That same day we went to this store in Nampa with receipt in hand ready to exchange our phones. As soon as we walked in we were met with a young lady with a very bad attitude. I think she seen our empty boxes and immediately decided she wasn't going to be helpful. She told me there was going to be a "restocking fee" for exchanging our phones. $55 each. As this was transpiring, my husband asked her about a phone they had on display and she basically ignored him. Lastly, she got the manager "Trevor" or "Travis" on the phone who told us they typically don't "rent" phones. You're kidding me right? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. How insulting. Now we are both stuck with phones we don't like and more than likely will go back to cricket. Its sad a manager and his CSR cant see the true value of a new customer over their need for money. Buyer beware!
