I really like the people here. They actually WORK. I have tried several other companies and they have attitudes and excuses why they can't do this or that or touch your phone or why they can't help you fix the tech problem. Here they actually THINK!!! And WORK. They don't sit or just stand their with a duhhh look and re-explain your problem to you and then say, and I can't help you... They actually try to fix it. Everyone should come here if they want kind, competent help and a positive outcome.Hope the haters and complainers don't follow. Remember patience if you are waiting because it's worth it and they are people too. Just think IF WE ALL HAD TO buy cell phones out of a vending Machine and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HISTORY.......

I showed up at 6:26pm and the store was already closed. It’s Thursday. The hours say they close at 7pm.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever the 2 kids I have dealt with both need to learn customer service! After being sold the wrong phone and then having nothing but problems with the service I pretty much get called a liar. I have tried speaking with a manager but keep getting told it's there day off just a complete runaround as soon as my service is up I will be switching to a new carrier.. f boost mobile especially the one on 12 in Nampa!!!

No ever knows anything about these phones. Except how to hook them up. They were able to let me pay off a phone without too much trouble though. I try not ask to many questions, no one really knows what's going on with this technology these days.
