“Such an amazing, locally owned bike shop. I’ve been looking at Specialized bikes online for well over a year. I almost purchased one online, but decided to go into Cafferty’s prior to purchasing - really just to see them in person before pulling the trigger. Truly so glad I made that decision. They were beyond kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They let me test ride the two bikes I was interested in, answered all my questions, and were transparent with pricing. I ended up loving a bike they had, but wanted to make a few adjustments. They were able to make the changes while my partner & I went and grabbed lunch down the street. I left with a bicycle that I absolutely love and I will definitely be back for any bike needs I have in the future!”
