Robert was awesome and very helpful!! He was professional and efficient, and told me about all the amazing deals and discounts they are offering. I will be back for sure! Went into the store to look at new phones to replace my Wife and I's old Galaxy S8 phones with the intent on buying a couple generations back instead of the newer phones as I was trying to keep my bill down. The salesman told us we'd get a $1000 credit no matter the condition as both our phones had cracks. Trusting that he knew what he was talking about we purchased the newer S23 instead of sticking with the old plan of getting older generation phones since we'd get this credit.Today we get texts that our we are getting the market value of our phones as they did not meet the eligibility requirements for one of their promotions. Now, I'm stuck with the more expensive bill than I intended because I trusted the word of the salesman and I have nothing to take back to their boss showing I was lied to as I've since misplaced the paperwork.I knew I should have walked out when he said "I'm required to add the insurance for at least one month. After the month is up you can cancel if you'd like." to which he back peddled to "Well it's not required but I strongly suggest it." when I asked "It's REQUIRED that I do this?".All of this is happening while two other employees are sitting listening to us work with the guy. At no point did either of them speak up with "That's not correct." during any of the process.I strongly advise you avoid this store or any store that uses underhanded sales techniques like this.Not enjoying the phone I didn't want to pay for.

Best customer service I've had in a long time, quick, easy, helped me with my problems and didn't try to upsell me, just helped me out. I really appreciate that, Robert did a excellent job following up weeks later making sure everything was working well and that's all. Just a friendly check up, this is the best customer service for ATT I've dealt with.

Had to stop in this location after AT&T sent me a different memory size then I asked for, and regretted it. AT&T's return policy only 2 days? Different locations apparently have different policies, because the next store did it right away on day 5???

Robert and his crew were great. They hooked me up with new phones for my husband and I and we were able to work in a new line for my kids at almost the same cost! 10/10 recommend

Omg I am disgusted with the employees at this place and how it allows its employees to dress and lack of hygiene... I am here not and there is a guy with long red/blonde hair wear long filthy clothes, a stained beanie, and smells like a mechanic shop... also on the table we are sitting at is his vape, out on the table for him to use this when he wants i guess... the last time I came in the person working looked very unprofessional too..

I was told I didn’t have insurance on my phone, I Do all they did was add another phone to my account. Cost me more money. My husband was livid he thought they took total advantage of me.He had already tried to resolve our problem by phone and just got the run around.I ended up going to the Apple Store.Also when I went to use the restroom one of the salesman’s was Vaping in the back.
