I lost my iPhone 11 and the replacement device would not activate for a week!! Qiana helped me with customer service for over an hour! Broke into my iCloud and gmail! And even helped me set up new phone and recover old iCloud data! Definitely great service! Will be back! Thanks q!

My old phone was so broken it was barely useable! Qiana found a phone that was perfect for me and even spent two hours transferring my data for me to ensure the new phone was exactly as my old phone! Great customer service! Will be back!

My 3g phone had to be replaced as AT&T is shutting down their 3g network. I got new phones and went to the AT&T store in Nampa Idaho to get new sim cards. Victor Gonzales got the cards and set up our phones, and verified they were both working before we left the store. He was friendly and greeted all customers as they entered the store, assuring them that someone would help them in a moment. And we did not wait long.
