He showed next-day, performed repair that probably nobody else would do. Knew his stuff! Simple fix, instead of a RemoveAndReplace-- saved me hundreds.

Paid in advance for door trim, but he never returned to install. Called him and he came a second time....retook measurements, apologized. STILL haven't had the trim replaced. Sad - because he'd been reliable for several years.
