I’ve never had an issue with Liberty tax before everyone has always been great until I spoke with Jody the supposed “manager”. She hung up on me because she no longer wanted to help answer my questions and the whole conversation seemed rushed. After I called her back to ask why she had hung up on me she ignored my question and said “how can I help you”. I let her know how unprofessional she was being and how I didn’t appreciate her attitude and she asked me “are we done yet?” And did not let me speak AT ALL. She only interrupted me and disregarded my questions. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? What kind of customer service is this? Everyone I have worked with like Ryan and Amy have been nothing but great I don’t know where they found this incompetent “manager”.

I called yesterday and spoke with Jody and the whole conversation was nothing but unpleasant. She was first speaking to my wife who she hung up on for no reason at all other than to just avoid doing her job. When we confronted her about it she changed the subject and asked what we wanted and didn’t apologize once. I continued to ask why she had hung up and literally starting YELLING on the phone and said she never hung up but we had gotten disconnected which is a big fat lie since my wife and I clearly heard the phone click. When I asked to speak to somebody else she refused to because she said she was the manager and was the only one there which is hard to believe because what kind of business would promote this woman to manager. She was disrespectful, she interrupted and spoke over me multiple times. I have filed my taxes with liberty tax for the last couple of years now and also referred a couple people to you before but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
