DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. I purchased a single copy of a game gift card from them online and they sent me three copies, then charged for all three. When I reached out to them to let them know I did not want three and would like them to cancel the codes, they sent me a link to their return policy and said sorry, no, but have a nice day. They have taken an extra 60+ dollars from my account and refuse to return it, so if you like getting ripped off, feel free to buy whatever but as for me, I won't be buying anything from them again.

The store has a good selection of games for the top gaming consoles. They also have many useful accessories. The selection of collectibles is also nice. The downside is that most are expensive. Most of the time you need to wait for discounts and/or time to pass so the price is lower. Service was very good and friendly.

I had the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store this morning after asking the employee working a few basic questions about the play station 5. He was snarky rude and completely unprofessional. I was set on buying the gaming system but will now be going to Best Buy after my horrible experience.

Shout to to Marty. I snuck inside the store to buy my son a Ps5 for Christmas while he was getting a hair cut next door. After my son's hair cut he wanted to go in and look around hmaw stop. Marty did so well at keeping my secret! I appreciate that the surprise for my son wasn't ruined! A++ to Marty super helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back

Sunday the 10th around 1:20pm I had gone to the GameStop in meridian on E Fairview because it’s closer to my house, I’ve been to this store a few times before this specific time happened. I bought a turtle beach headset back in may spent over 200 dollars on it plus 2 year warranty and recently I started having connectivity issues so i remembered I had the warranty I would just take it back and get something else. the guys at the Meridian store when I walked in he was on his phone didn’t seem to eager to help me out they weren’t busy at all. He said what can I do for you. I then explain what my headset was going, he then says I don’t have any of these in stock but all the Boise stores do. I said I can’t just replace it with another brand he goes that’s not how our warranty swaps work…I said that’s weird because I’ve done it before as I’ve been a GameStop customer for years. He said if one of the bigger up people were at one of the other stores they would make that decision. I said you can’t call someone so I don’t have to drive all over town. He then said they are out sick I won’t be calling them for something this small…made me feel like I was an inconvenience…so I called the store on overland in Boise and talked to a guy named John whom is a lead over there I told him what happen at the fairview store in Meridian he said no he should have helped you anyway he could. Long story short John at the overland store swapped my headset out for me with a different brand even which I love so much more than the one I had! John needs a raise for outstanding customer service. the fairview store in Meridian really need some customer service help tips from John. I will not be going back to the meridian store that’s for sure. overland has my business now.

This is the third time I have pre ordered a game and they claim its negative stock, meaning they gave it away to others. Avoid this store go to the one in Nampa, it's a much better store.

The clerk Joey was rude and I will never shop there again. I buy games for my grandsons, in the past they have been helpful and spot on. I have 19 grandsons, I will take my business elsewhere.
