This is a very proficient car wash, I was looking for a place to wash my car after my trip to the coast and I'm glad that I chose this one, the people are friendly and price wise, it's reasonable

Epic Shine on 10 Mile street in Meridian has damaged my paint and driver side front rim. Jessie at Epic Shine (Regional Manager) has denied this is possible. "It's not in the nature of our machine" she says. The manager at this location has sent me their own video of the tracks failing to move my car forward and bucking my car time and time again and I have cars behind me honking because they are inches from running into the back of my vehicle. (I have very standard rims/tires, 20x8.5). She insists without merit that I've steered the wheel into the rail. She will not ride with me thru a cleaning cycle, she wont even watch from the exit. I took video evidence of the car wash tossing and turning my steering wheel which SHE REFUSED TO WATCH when I presented it to her and she said that they were not responsible for any damage to my vehicle. We have talked a couple of times and she has been both rude and "ethically challenged." Hopefully this is not how Epic Shine runs the rest of their businesses or management team. Both she and the site manager lied to me this morning about each other being on site for discussion. I came in in good spirits and left with a rotten taste for this brand. I have video Epic, do the right thing and have a civil discussion with me. Looking for help from the leaders here, because Jessie isn't making your team look good. Video will be publicly available on YouTube and other streaming platforms shortly. BBB will be contacted in 1 week if not addressed with me. (Read their response below, they wont review the proof of evidence that counters their claim of no responsibility. They have presented me absolutely nothing that proves that their machine didn't do this, no before/after, nothing. Send a male to ride with me or at least observe your machine failing from outside the car). This is EXACTLY why you shouldn't do business with this company. And way to not address that I have video proof that your team refuses to watch. Ethically challenged.

Wow. Worst vacuum suction I've ever used.
Don't have much time, and it already takes time to vaccum a car over powered by kids and crumbs.
I litterly vacuumed the driver side. And left.
I didn't even get it all sucked up. I used both on my side and checked the 2 on the otherwise little to no suction.
Probably good for those who just need a skimming over.
Not good for crumbs and crapp that needs a good suction.
I don't ever use the car wash, took paint off my other car and scratched it pretty good too.

Here is the handicap spot at the Epic Shine car wash on Ten mile. Do you notice something missing that every other spot has? I had to park at the other end next to a closed off spot so I could use a vacuum. Then when I needed a rag to dry off my truck they were mounted on the building right in front of my truck, which required me to wheel down the parking lot to the other end where the ramp was and down the sidewalk to grab a rag, then back track. They sure don't make it easy for wheelchair people to wash their vehicles ?

I have a membership at Epic Shine and enjoy getting my car washed. I’ve noticed the air compressors that have been added to blow debris out of hard to reach areas and I like them. I’ve also noticed lately the vacuums seem to be less frequently clogged. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I stopped going because every time I went, I got a new scratch. It had been awhile and today I needed to kill some time so I decided I would give it one more shot. I regret that decision! I am now sporting a brand new scratch down the passenger side of my car now along with a still dirty car. I am so disappointed and upset with them. Save your money and your car, stay away!!

The car wash gets cars that are a little dirty beautifully clean BUT if you have bugs on your front grill it doesn't touch them. They do say you can run it through again free, but it didn't change much. Some things you have to have a brush and work on yourself I guess.
They probably do as good as any other drive through and I love their supply of lovely towels and vacuums that really work well. It's nice to know you can go again..but don't expect it to change the caked on bug situation. That's probably your homework!

Went in the first time today. The roller brushes weren't even turning. So my truck didn't get cleaned. I got a much better wash at Mister car wash. Won't go back.
