This is the absolute worst Cosmoprof. Every single time I come in here it is a bad experience. Today was the final straw. Drive all the way here from Emmett to exchange a hairspray that intermittently stops and starts spraying correctly. Since it sprayed ok on the one try they did, they would not exchange it. I just wanted the exact same item and I had my receipt. I will not come back to this store ever.

Have been shopping here for many years and am disappointed with the last interaction that may even discourage me from shopping here again. I was talked into a product that didn't work out for me and even though I saved my receipt and it was not even a full week later, they refused to allow me to return it. It was a frustrating and embarrassing experience.

Kinda bummed to find out they only sell to certified cosmetologists especially since they're the only ones that sell some of the products I want/need. Wish it was better advertised you're only allowed to shop there with a membership so people don't waste their time traveling to the store and spending time picking out items only to get turned away at the register.

The experience was horrible and let me say usually it's quick and easy with friendly staff. When my husband and I walked in she asked how we were doing that was nice but then the entire time followed us around and kept watching us even while we read labels followed us down aisles it was very uncomfortable and there were several other people in the store so I'm not sure why she kept following us when we told her we didn't need her assistance. It was odd behavior considering there was at least 5 others in the store and it could be perceived as something it isn't. When we checked out it was another unsatisfactory experience. I have always been able to give my phone number and get my items and go with no issue, but this time this lady insisted I show id with the card. I wasn't prepared because I haven't had to do that ever that I recall. She made me leave without my items and I wasted an hour directly after work i rushed there to make it by 6pm as it was. If a policy changed that should be respectfully discussed and singling out a couple for no reason Is just wrong. I didn't go back and get my items and won't at all I will make the drive downtown it's always a good experience there.

This place sells anything you need from a beauty supply perspective. Hair color, make up, clippers... Whatever you need they have it!! You have to have a license to buy here though, so don't expect to just walk in and start stocking up on things.
