The experience was horrible and let me say usually it's quick and easy with friendly staff. When my husband and I walked in she asked how we were doing that was nice but then the entire time followed us around and kept watching us even while we read labels followed us down aisles it was very uncomfortable and there were several other people in the store so I'm not sure why she kept following us when we told her we didn't need her assistance. It was odd behavior considering there was at least 5 others in the store and it could be perceived as something it isn't. When we checked out it was another unsatisfactory experience. I have always been able to give my phone number and get my items and go with no issue, but this time this lady insisted I show id with the card. I wasn't prepared because I haven't had to do that ever that I recall. She made me leave without my items and I wasted an hour directly after work i rushed there to make it by 6pm as it was. If a policy changed that should be respectfully discussed and singling out a couple for no reason Is just wrong. I didn't go back and get my items and won't at all I will make the drive downtown it's always a good experience there.

This place sells anything you need from a beauty supply perspective. Hair color, make up, clippers... Whatever you need they have it!! You have to have a license to buy here though, so don't expect to just walk in and start stocking up on things.

Very clean & organized. Lexus & Madi are amazing, kind & very knowledgeable, definitely a Dynamic duo. There services alone are 5 stars ??

Stopped at the store 15 minutes before closing - I knew what I needed so it would’ve taken me two minutes to get what it and the front door was locked. I stood there for a few because it wasn’t the time they closed. The worker came to the door and wouldn’t let me in. Then she lied, saying the store was already at maximum capacity. I was the only car in the lot and could see no one was in the store. Absolutely ridiculous.
