This store is amazing with extremely helpful employees. They were so kind to my 3 year old and helped us find everything we needed. They have so much to choose from the selection here is amazing. Bryler helped us and was phenomenal. He shopped with us the whole time and helped us find everything we needed in specific sizes.

Insanely high quality clothes. You pay for the quality. Carhartt is the real deal. They fit a big man perfectly. Size down, a 3X elsewhere is a 2X here!Also they never stock polos and you'll have to order them online!

On 04.05.2023 at approximately 6:50 PM, My wife, son, and I entered the Carhart store at The Village. There were 3 associates working and no one greeted us. We were the only customers in the entire store. They were busy going into the back of the store, giggling, and then coming back out to the front of the store to stand around. We walked around the entire store for 12 minutes before leaving. Not once, did any associate acknowledge us or offer any assistance. As a former member of the Navy, I shop at Carhart for their generous discount and usually the service is well above board. But last night, was the last time I will shop here. You have lost a customer, and I plan on telling my other friends about this experience. If you have an instore video camera, check out how productive the staff really was last night.

I guess I missed the memo that said work overalls were fashionable. Now that I know, Carhartt is my one stop shop. Whether your need is beanies, jackets, boots, coveralls or overalls, the Carhartt location at the Village has it all Make sure to check for clearance / deals baskets scattered throughout the store.

This is a great store with very friendly, engaged, and knowledgeable staff. Every time I go in, I’m greeted with a verbal welcome and eye contact, to me that’s very important. The staff is quick to find items if none are on the floor, and if it’s not in stock, they are quick to offer the online option in the store, which they will do for you on an in store computer. NO HASSLE! I really appreciate the professionalism of the employees, it is a direct reflection of the leadership in which they work under. Would recommend shopping here 10/10 for sure.

This brand has really lost its value as work wear. Bought a pair of bibs not even a month later the seams are splitting in the front and around the ankle has worn a huge hole already.
