We love our new roller shades! Smooth process all the way through. The motorized shade is off the charts cool. Perfect installation on all products. We took several months between the consult to ordering. Budget Blinds kept our quote on file, honored pricing, and even gave us the most recent promotion which put us at a lower price than the original quote. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service. Definitely will use them again down the road!

Budget Blinds was INCREDIBLE to work with. They were quick to meet up and discuss the window treatments we might need and so knowledgeable and helpful with decision making. A completely painless process. Installation was quick and professional as well. Start to finish, they were 5 star. Will definitely use them again for our window covering needs.

An original sunshade was installed improperly and fell to the ground. I immediately contacted Budget Blinds and they sent a technician the following day to evaluate. A new shade was ordered and installed correctly within 2 weeks.
