Messy, hectic (over reactive teenage type) and bad customer service. Have you approached the pharmacy counter and noticed that most of those behind the counter pretend not to see you? That's Walmart Pharmacy. Yes, one or few technicians rotate supporting customers at the counter but not to direct or bring to their attention when a customer is at the counter is unprofessional, and plain and simple, lack of work ethic. I was there to pick up a prescription for a family member and felt ignored, and given poor service. In order to correct this issue, I am moving my family member's prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy. So let's find a solution and get toxic services out of service. If these pharmacists want to do less than minimum and roll through life without work ethics, that's fine, but I'm not supporting that behavior.

I am really impressed with them. They have great customer service and are fast and efficient! Especially considering how busy they were. I really appreciated the pharmacist that went over my prescriptions with me, I think his name was Jeff. He gave me really helpful advice and tips about my medication.

As of late service has been very efficient and fast. I love the drive thru. It gives me time to check emails etc. They have made significant improvements my wait time was around 40 min to an hour. Now it's around ten to 15. Big difference and Credit should be given to all that participated this is a huge improvement!!! Thank you!

You guys are so nice but you're so understaffed and ridiculously busy. It's not uncommon for me to wait a half hour in store or an hour and a half at the drive-thru, only to find out you're out of stock on my prescription or it isn't ready. Today I went to pick up a prescription that was sent in on Wednesday. Today is Friday. It still wasn't ready. I waited in line for a half hour in 91 degree weather and my car ran out of freon and I had a baby in the car. I can't come here anymore. It's just too frustrating. But 2 stars because your techs are super nice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. They are slow, never answer their phones, can't even competently enter information into their system. Would not recommend anyone using them.

This pharmacy has been a problem for the last year I've been using them. They dont put any priority to their phones, take a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions, they're unprofessional, and have a completely unacceptable issue with their efficiency. Since I couldn't get them to answer their phones after 6 tries, I went there and stood in the line of nearly 30 people. I kept trying to call. I confirmed with my doctor that the prescription was sent and sent there, so I thought by the time I got through the hour long wait I'd be able to get my very necessary prescription. I continued calling till I was 5th in line. 6 more calls to them just to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and I did not get an answer. By the time I got up there they hadn't received my prescription and I had wasted my time once again dealing with them. I believe their systems must be outdated because this was the 4th time they had not received my prescription, but if I call first thing in the morning the next day they always have it. Mind you my doctor works on a Mon-Fri clinic and I always try to pick up prescriptions on friday, but always have to wait till saturday for them to receive it. That wouldnt be a problem if they put some priority to the phones so customers could call and see before jam packing lines just to be disappointed again. The lack of efficiency and care the company has to their pharmacy takes a toll on many, and we all know some medications people cannot go without. So until the company updates their pharmacys technology and their employee training for efficient customer service, dont waste your time there. You'll regret it every time.

It took three days to fill a prescription. I had someone tell me they would get right on it and then didn’t get a confirmation text and had to call back. They do not answer the drive through call light. I had to call the pharmacy on the phone to get someone to answer the drive through. And this was not at peak hours. This was 20 minutes after they opened. Staff is always rude. They must be overworked and hate their job because it’s this way all the time. I changed pharmacies after several similar experiences

Horrible. Always incredibly slow and the prescriptions are never ready on time... and the drive through is not a good option either. They rarely answer when you pull up if the drive through is even working.

Way too long of wait times. We stood in line for over a half hour with more than 20 customers behind us. The problem we saw was that there were 7 employees, but they were all behind the desk laughing and making jokes. They weren’t putting us customers first that’s for sure. 0 stars if I could.
