I have worked with Melissa at the Pocatello store on multiple projects. She is very helpful in finding the right flooring for the need. She offers great advice that is all about getting you the right thing, not about commission. She is so friendly and easy to work with. Installation on all of my projects has been a good experience with quick service and quality work completed. I don't shop around anymore, I just go straight to her because I know I will get good service and good prices.

I purchased my carpet from Wall 2 Wall. Their carpet layer did the installation of it. He was fantastic. He vacuumed everything before he left. His work wax great and he left everything so clean. I highly recommend him to lay your carpet.

So happy we found Wall2Wall to carpet our Basement. Maddie was extremely helpfull helping us pick out our carpet and setting up the install Their installers, Kent and Joe, were exceptional. They did a great job and finished in one day. If you need flooring, I highly recommend you visit Wall2Wall. You will not be disappointed.

I had Wall 2 Wall install all my basement flooring, we did a room and the stairs in a beautiful carpet and laminate flooring that also looks beautiful. It was a great price for it all also. I would recommend and use them again for any of my flooring needs.

We had both carpet and vinyl planking installed by Wall 2 Wall Flooring here in Idaho Falls and they did a fantastic job! The vinyl planking was a job they had to match up with the existing planking and they did a excellent job! Kelso (sales) and Kent (installer) are great. I would highly recommend them.

W2W- You need more Melissa!!!
Wonderful experience working with Melissa Torres on a few remodels/builds. She worked with my parents several times during their remodels, and was very patient with them while they were very indecisive. I was impressed by her ability to match current house surfaces, and color sample options she provided helped narrow choices down. When I gutted my house it was completely filled with samples selected and provided by Melissa. My wife and I love everything that she picked out for us and we shall return to her during our new home build this spring. Thank you Melissa for making my entire family feel appreciated!!

Mary and the team at the Wall 2 Wall store in Idaho Falls have always been very helpful. They did our carpet 20 years ago and we recently replaced the carpet in the same house. We love it. Go with the expensive pad, so cushy.
