We went to the store on Hitt Rd to have an old phone reset to factory settings. The reset was asking for confirmation of identity with an invalid email address. The rep was courteous and handled the problem quickly. The Hitt Rd store gets 5 stars. We also previously went to the store on Utah Av across from Walmart to get new phones. The rep there tried to tell us we could sign up for a "deal" to get one phone for free if we signed up to a two-year, four-line contract. It wasn't going to change our monthly rate. We had to wait a month to pay off the phones, which is what we wanted to do to start. We went in after the month to pay the phones off. The "deal" was now different. Our total cost was the full price of both phones plus our monthly rate was going to increase. We canceled our "deal" promotion and just bought the phones outright and kept our old plan. The rep was pissed and didn't want to help at all. Avoid this store!

I came in a while ago to switch over from Verizon because their service was ridiculous, and T-Mobile was SO much better! This stores customer service was infinitely better than Verizon, I worked with Michelle and she was so helpful, the whole experience was painless thanks to her! Definitely ask for Michelle if you’re going in she was great!

Nothing to complain about thus far at this location. . .I have had a couple interesting[negative] experiences in town at other locations. Generally, they've got excellent customer service & they try hard to make things as good & as right as possible for ya – which is why I've stayed with 'em for bout 15 years ??

This store was great in giving me a chance to try their home internet, and I had a great experience with them in person. The unfortunate part came beyond the store but with T-mobile, which was terrible in my area and more importantly makes you cancel by calling someone who is very hard to understand - and that is an awful and time-consuming experience. So 5 starts for the store but -3 stars for T-mobile. I'll average that and give them 2.

I was sold their protection plan by a sales rep, and told it covered all the apple accessories I purchased including my phone case. Anytime I’ve come back while that sales rep has been there, my phone case is easily replaced with their regular scan your id process. Recently I was just told that my phone case isn’t covered and that they haven’t ever done this at this store, when I asked about the sales rep they said he they didn’t have the employee I described there??? Confusing

It's a T-Mobile store and every one I've visited is pretty much the same. Good products, though the accessories are a bit pricey. The service has always been very helpful, friendly, and honest, which I very much appreciate.

Well the service sux at this location, waited way to long to be told they couldn't help me activate my phone, rude lady manager did that, by by I went to the location off bdwy by walmart oh man those guys were awesome kind, polite, took the time to explain everything to me, walked out with my new phone all ready to go, what a pleasant surprise to be treated this way nowdays when most people in a hurry and don't want to be there highly recommend that location for help with anything t mobile was very impressed almost bought them a pizza

I recently switched over from another big name outfit after them trying to hose me. These people try hard to be up front and they have some good deals. Get everything in writing though. There was some miscommunication but overall they were decent.
