I enjoy my membership, and I like shopping here. I love the gas station (need a membership, an i belive its card only), and the old pepperoni in bulk they sold before their brand (Hopefully bring that back). Love the food bar they have here, cheap prices and very tasty.They should let their employees accept tips though, especially in holiday times. If someone goes above and beyond in my eyes they deserve it. That's why I give four stars, but I'd definitely recommend to others.

I did a Spark order with Sam’s Club and parked to have the order loaded, it took quite a while for anyone to come and help while we were seeing and hearing the young men making jokes and having a good time in the garages behind us. When one of them finally did come and help he loaded the items very aggressively by tossing items into the bins in our backseat. When he told us the items were loaded we drove to the customers house and opened the trunk just for one of the fresh made bakery items to immediately fall out of the trunk and onto the ground in pieces. Upon further inspection we noticed several items including the pot pie had been placed on top of a bag of dog food instead of placed inside our bin. Luckily the other items were fine. We immediately called Sam’s Club to get this rectified and we’re met on the phone with a wholly unqualified young man that seemed to think the situation was entirely unfixable. We asked to speak to a manager and luckily it was indeed fixable and he said we could come back for a replacement. We drove back to the store and called again and spoke to a young woman and was told that we would have to go and get the item from in the store ourselves and that they would not take and dispose of the ruined item for us. When we pushed this she immediately said she’d grab a manager and put us on hold. When the manager came on the phone we had to explain the situation again but luckily he was sympathetic and willing to help. He personally got us the replacement item and delivered it to our car and took the damaged item. In total a delivery that was supposed to take 20 minutes has already taken over an hour and the items are not yet delivered. I’m short, I very much appreciate the manager, he was very easy to talk to and helpful (I believe his name was Dave) every other member of staff we came in contact with though was entirely inept.

I frequent this business all the time with my autistic kids in tow and never has a staff member ever once gave them a second look. My son can tell sometimes and all the staff are very helpful and treat my kiddo with the utmost respect and are always so friendly. Even when they get busy and line starts to form , management goes up and helps door person or helps return desk or helps with the line. You always see them on the floor and staff always assist if you need help getting anything. Have pretty much become a sams fanatic because of the staff at this location and am so thankful for all the employees and how much they care. Thank you guys!

I can always find "I need that" at Sam's Club. Membership shopping. Renewal is a but pricey, but the benefits make it seem reasonable. Love this store. The help is always friendly!!

So many times over the last 20+ years, we have bought produce from Sam's Club in IF that looked good in the store in the bag but was rotted when we opened the bag at home. I feel that Sam's Club products have really gone down the tubes in the last few years. They moved away from the typical brands they carried to the "Members Mark" brand, which is nowhere near as good as the original brand name products they carried. This is the third bag of rotten celery we have gotten from Sam's in the last two months. Before that, we ended up with rotten bags of potatoes and apples and other kinds of produce we live close to Sam's Club and that's why we have kept our membership there, but we no longer want to have to make returns to the store. Sam's Club could fix this problem, or at least improve upon it, I believe!! But, I believe, they just hope that people won't bother to return it. I think it's time to get a Costco membership, even though it is all the way across town, I have never heard of people getting rotten produce from there, even though it may happen occasionally. Occasionally is better than often.

Apparently, we walked in right before they were closing and the employees told us to continue shopping until we were done. They said they don't kick customers out just because they closed. That's AWESOME customer service!!!

Love the atmosphere, friendly and costumers come first money is not the driving force when it comes to getting good service. Have not had any problems with my experience. Spent about as much time their as I had when I was a new Cosco Member, I have talked to an employee that has been working at this company for many years and he said that “ the costumer comes first, the costumer is right” this made me appreciate his dedication to see to having loyalty of costumers first before profit! Thanks Sam’s Club for a great experience , keep up the excellent work!!! Scan and go or for plus members only, and they want people to become plus members so that’s why they mark the prices down for some products because they’re plus member friendly, this is called marketing, and they are allowed to do this. So please change your reviews if you are hurt about not being a plus member. If you want to feel more special, you can pay more to feel more special at Sam’s Club, they do a great job, servicing, everyone, but plus members have a few more perks than the other regular memberships, you pay for what you get. Please do not rate Sam’s Club on just observation only get informed and then you can make an informative review. Again, Sam’s Club is doing their best to make sure that they are good customer care, representatives. Sam’s Club has done nothing illegal by dropping prices for plus members. You see this marketing strategy and many other places! Thank you Sam’s Club, valuing your members!

Went the other day shopping and some things are marked scan n go at a lower sale price and wasn’t sure what that was about but when I checked out I was charged the higher price so I asked I need to put an app on my phone to get the lower price. That is so wrong I’m already paying a membership fee so that should be enough. Now I have to add an app. We’ll other stores are looking much better then Sam’s and the girl I asked about this needs to go back to training. Shame on Sam’s for charging different price just because I don’t have an app on my phone. You lost my business not that you will care.

Bad service, no or low stock on items, almost no real cashiers, forced to use scan and go or self checkout. Doesn’t actually check receipts for anything just to stop you at the door for no reason. Bad parking lot set up and entrance.

Love Sams Club. Everyone is Friendly. Everything is easy to find. Prices are great.I can not say enough good things about the Scan n Go creature. Best thing ever. Makes it so easy to check out. Love Sam’s!!

Warren went above and beyond to help me with my online pickup order after I mistakenly showed up a few minutes past the close time. He saved the day! The whole team is always so nice and extremely helpful.
