My friend and I went to Odell's to buy a new recliner for her husband who is a big guy and needed a sturdy chair the sales person was knowledgeable and knew where all the different models were. My friend chose a specific model and sat in it. She tested out the left for the footrest in one model. Across the aisle there was the same model in a different color. She sat in that and noticed the footrest went higher. She asked " why does this one go higher than the same model across the way?". Is the other one broken?" To which the sales person replied "no, they just are different.". I don't know if she was right or wrong.". Maybe she should have offered to have someone look at it. I just don't know.But, my friend bought the model that didn't go up as high because it went with her decor. So, in the whole it was a good experience and my friend had it delivered for Christmas. The chair looks nice and her husband is satisfied. That is all that really matters.

New to IF and were looking for a couch after our move. We made it in during their pre-Christmas sale. My husband especially appreciated the helpful and informative, yet no-pressure, approach of the floor manager. They have a wide variety of chair/recliner, couch/loveseat, sectional, and other options, also at a variety of price points. We were able to find a couch that fits our space, works for the phase of family and kids we're in, and that fit in our budget (and that could be treated with a stain resistant product, must for little kids). The floor manager was even able to offer us an additional discount for a floor model and free local delivery, which helped tremendously. All staff were friendly and welcoming (and accommodating of our *mostly* well behaved young kids). Would definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for furniture on a budget, and we will be returning for any future furniture needs!

They don't seem to know that they advertise sales. When we asked about the sales that we saw advertised he seemed confused.

My wife and I needed a set of couches. We had such a great experience at Odell's Furniture I had to share with my friends. Honest about the quality and longevity of the couches we bought. Comfy and looks incredible in our living room. Thank you again odells furniture we will be back for sure.

I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat and after I had it a few days there was a spot on one seat that started to peel. I went back to the store with a picture of what had happened and Dave, the owner took one look and said he would make it right to find something we like to replace the faulty set. Justin the sales man came out and also talked with us and he said the same thing that he would make things right for us. Thank you to everyone that helped with the purchase of my new furniture! I would recommend O’Dells Furniture for your home furnishings.

I was in Idaho Falls to help my son get re-established after a medical leave and we needed furniture quick, and also delivered. Derek Burgess was a great sales person and patiently helped us to decide on everything. This was on Friday afternoon, we had it delivered by 2 of the nicest young men who brought all the items in and set them up for us. I highly recommend O'dells.

Had a great experience today. Bought a couple pieces for a tiny house and things went great. Arturo greeted us, asked us what furniture we were looking for, then LEFT US ALONE. I hate when sales people follow you around. We decided what we needed and had it by the end of the day. Very pleased. Thank you Arturo.... ??

Very disappointed with there LazyBoy service. I bought it for the warranty but after only 6months my chair had broke and they acted like it was such an inconvenience. The service man was rude and left a very bad impression. I will never purchase from Odell's again.

This store is amazing, it is my go-to place. The furniture is quality. The staff is amazing. Helpful but not pushy, there when you need them and left alone when you just want to brouse. My compliments to the staff on the floor, they are the most friendly, as is the associates finalizing the sale. And lets not forget the manager and the staff that delivers the furniture. Every aspect of my shopping trips from selection to delivery get a "10". Thank you all at O'dell's Furniture and sleep Center.
