I went in this morning expecting to pay a lot more for my bill. Even though I explained that I needed further service only temporarily, the manager was still quite helpful and understanding. I will be staying with them a couple months longer than planned because they are helping me out a lot.

We were struggling with getting a device activated on the MyMetro App so we called our local Metro PCS location and Anna was so helpful. She walked us through how to do it and even after having to call her back (because we are technologically challenged) she was so patient and kind and got us all fixed up!!! It is so nice to still find places that have great customer service. Give this gal a RAISE!!

Probably the best experience me and my sister in law have ever had with a sales person. Justin is an awesome person and was very patient with us while we tried to get everything in order. Definitely will recommend for people to go here when in need of an phone.

worse customer service be careful with this company will not sell you any phone unless you spend $60 in accessories, and they don't care for you as a customer on a budget go to Walmart and buy your phone and they told me they had a new owner and this is how they run their store now

I wouldn't go to any other metro then the one on Broadway the gal named stacy she was very helpful and out going and nee her stuff well always happy and great customer service . I give her a 5 star

The people where so nice accidentally spilled buffalo sauce all over my phone and I mean a whole gallon worth so sadly was already upset about having to get a new phone thankfully they are so nice and helped me out and made me feel more at ease with the fact that I had to spend money that I wasn't expecting to have to spend

Love the service, but the csr at the Woodruff store not so much. Asked for screen proctors on the new phones I purchased, nope would give them to or phone cases. Told me to come back the next day. I did and was still told to come back.

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. The service I received last night was far better than any we had received in the past. The young lady that assisted my husband and I was very knowledgeable about phones and the issues we were having. Also I was impressed that the young lady didn't put her nose up in the air when we walked into the store in the evening, but she was eager to help and got us taken care of quite quickly, showed us some add ONS we are thinking about buying, overall the service received was far better than any we have received at any Metro store.in the past. Needless to say we, will continue to do business at this location. We sincerely thank you, Mirium,, for your hard work, and true customer servic, it was nice to see someone of your age with a great work ethic, you will go far if you keep it up. Thanks for makin sure our needs were met and everything was the way we wanted it.
