They took a long time to get the machine I ordered. Kept giving me the run around, finally the owner claimed to have a new one at the Boise store. Sent it the next day. USED! they told me it was new as that was the price I paid. I will never do business with this company again. These photos are right out of the box.

I love Jones Sew and Vac!! They have made sure I’m satisfied with everything I have bought there. Jon, their technician, is very knowledgeable and has even come out to my house to help me with my quilting machine and did not quit until things were up and going perfectly. Franny never fails to put her whole heart into customer satisfaction no matter how busy they are, Leroy makes sure you leave the store totally happy with your purchases. I brought my vacuum in because it was making awful noises. The gentleman that helped me listened to the noise and proceeded to take it apart and clean out the clogs by using a blower. When I asked to pay him he said it was free. Wow, i did not expect that and will forever use their repair service for my sewing machine and vacuum.What nice people.

Jones Sew & Vac helped me quickly get what I needed (a spool cap that I couldn't find anywhere else in town). I called ahead and when I got to the store, they immediately went to find the right one. The store was clean and neat, and everyone was very kind. The prices seemed very reasonable to me.

I had bought a Riccar vacuum at Goodwill in Pocatello months ago for just $8. The belt broke recently. Took it to Jones and they noticed the bottom plate was missing. (Which is probably why the previous owner gave it to Goodwill.). Jones replaced the belt and put a new bottom plate on for $32 total. So, for $40 I have a good-as-new Riccar vacuum cleaner whose original cost was $300! Thank you Jones for giving me only what I needed for this great vacuum. You did quick work today and sent me on my way! A+

I took my sewing machine here last weekend and John helped me out. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the entire staff was so kind! Will go back if I have any other problems with my machine.

Came in not expecting to find what I was looking for because I had previously gone to about 4 other stores. I wasn’t sure what the piece I was looking for was called, but the staff knew exactly what it was called, and even helped me find the one I was looking for. Definitely will be back! Everyone was very kind!

Went in today our vaccum was not working.we worked on it for hours with in one minute he had it working perfectly.John refused to take money for fixing our vaccum.a man with skills and integrity.

I love my new vacuum. I bought a Riccar from Leroy in the Idaho Falls store... I couldn't believe how nice my carpets looked after I used it. My carpet is only one year old but it looks bran new now. I was given a very detailed demo, which sold me on the vacuum. I appreciate the wonderful customer service this store provides. Great job Jones!!!

This store is amazing. Whether you're new to sewing (like me) or a skilled master, this store seems to have everything. The employees are knowledgeable and so helpful with everything. They even hold classes when available, so I'm really excited to come back!

I got thread caught in the hand wheel of my sewing machine. I did not want to make matters worse by trying to fix it myself. Ran it into Anthony Yancey. He popped off a couple of parts and had it working freely within seconds! Appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. Thanks Jones sew & vac!

I have taken my vacuums both to the Idaho Falls and Pocatello locations a few times over the last years. They have always been so prompt in helping me get my vacuum fixed, are kind, knowledgeable, and fair priced. The manager in Idaho Falls helped me today and he was awesome. Thank you!

When I was looking for a free motion quilting foot One of the employees would not give up. It took about 7 tries of him going down to the basement searching for a foot. He was determined to find one that would fit my machine and even tested it out to be sure it worked without glitches.Well waiting for him to find the right foot, another employee educated me on several accessories that I had no idea how to use.

I took the powered end of my whole house vacuum to Jones' Sew and Vac because the brush would spin and then stop. Anthony the store manager immediately opened it. He removed the brush and cleaned the bearings that were gummed up. He graciously tolerated me watching as he worked. He charged me nothing. This is a company dedicated to serving their customers.
