I have been a customer since it was ISU and always received exceptional service. When my son died the staff members went out of their way to help me take care of all the necessary things that had to be done with his banking business.

if you like your card to be locked randomly and very poor service then this is the bank for you. I’ve been using them for over a year now and it’s about a 50/50 chance if my account is working or locked and then a 50/50 chance i will be able to contact them to unlock my account. I do not recommend them whatsoever if you want to have access to your money.

I really wanted to give this review a 5 star rating. The staff are top-notch, pleasant, helpful, and great at what they do. The ease of their online banking is awesome. I have NEVER had a problem that they didn't resolve timely and efficiently. I have been a customer for many, many years. The difficulty that I am having is with the branch closures. When most other banking facilities are building more branches and expanding, Lookout is shrinking. It's a red flag to me and quite concerning. It's also frustrating because now I have to drive all the way across Idaho Falls when I actually live in Rigby. I unfortunately, will most likely be transferring all my accounts to a competitor in the very near future, as I don't trust that they'll be in business very much longer.

I had a problem that needed to be fixed right away. I called Lookout Credit Union and told them what problem I was having. The person I talked too verified what the issue was and corrected it immediately. Then asked if there was anything else they could do for me. They were very Professional, knowledgeable and very respectful to me. That’s why I have been a customer for years. I trust them with all my monetary needs.Thank you Lookout Credit Union, you are GREAT!

Excellent & professional. They are so good...if you can catch them...however a person cannot be in 2 places at the same time or reachout to you at the same time...when they are assisting others..When you become great...everyone wants you! And this requires time management. That being said...their service is by far the best in Idaho Falls!

I banked with Scenic Falls since the mid 90's and was very disappointed when they closed the downtown branch, even more so when I was told by a Sunnyside employee that they weren't going to reopen it.Some of us live on the west side for a reason and while the service at the sunnyside branch hasn't been an issue, I'm not sure it's worth staying with Lookout if my only option is to drive across town.

I had an account with SFFCU since 1987. They were an amazing company to do business with. Several years ago they merged with ISU credit union and the customer service instantly took a dive. Now they've changed their name.to Lookout CU. This is very accurate. You need to lookout before doing business here. The customer service has been abandoned by many of the staff. There are a few that still care, greet you with a smile, and want to be helpful. This is not the case with many of the staff at the sunnyside branch in Idaho Falls. I'll be moving to one of my other accounts at Westmark or ICCU. Just tired of being nothing more than an account number.

I’ve been a member at lookout from the time Scenic Falls switched. Today, I’m leaving. Lookout’s staffing issues, branch closures, and customer service have significantly decreased in the last 6 months. You can no longer enter a lobby in an Idaho Falls branch and expect quick service. There are no member representatives available to immediately help. With lobby closures I thought going through the drive through would help, I was wrong. On two separate occasions I’ve waited between 12 and 16 minutes in the drive through just to get told that “Someone will be with me in a moment.” All community sponsored events are in Pocatello, it’s rare to see an event in Idaho Falls. Yet, Lookout has tons of members in Idaho Falls, and they can’t even do anything for them. If you want a credit union that looks great on the outside, go for Lookout. If you want a credit union that works for you and your money, go with literally any other establishment. You’ll be much happier.

My family loves Lookout! The Sunnyside Brach staff is amazing. They always know us by name and are so kind and knowledgeable. We are not fans of the call center but the brach is phenomenal. If we have any questions we just go to the branch. They are the best!

I have been banking with ISU/Lookout for maybe going on 20? 25? years now. They are responsive and they follow through on requests and loan applications in a timely manner. AND they are local!

We've been members thru Scenic to ISU and to Lookout. When ISU took ove they closed some locations. And now Lookout on Memorial drive closes the lobby and now the whole thing is closed. So now only 1 location in Idaho Falls.
