Everything we liked was out of stock in the size needed. The help looked bored even though the store was busy, they weren't helping anyone. We left because of the customer service didn't exist. Won't be back

Ordered online pre payed was sent notification that shoes were delivered on Saturday 8/19. Gave them a day to get the orders sorted and went to get my 2 pairs of shoes. Was left waiting in the front for 20 minutes looking at 6 unopened boxes of merchandise next to the counter. They came back out and said they couldn't find them it was UPS FAULT. They didn't check even one of the boxes in the fr9nt it was just easier to tell me maybe tomorrow they will show. Either ups lied saying they were delivered or they were too lazy to look in the unopened boxes sitting right in front of me. I'll pick the latter. Not impressed they were supposed to call by noon today and let me know, it's almost 1 no big deal maybe I'll waste more of my time and gas going back to see if my prepared order has been located

This location has been hit-or-miss when shopping for Adidas shoes and apparel,.. it's been a staple of the mall for over 30 years.Luckily for my wife there are plenty of Nike shoes to choose from.

went there was greated by a man he told me to go somewhere else cause they didnt have the shoes i was looking for. they were actualy kind but more helpful but they where honest and up front on things. they told me they get commission which is tottly okay. i didnt even know that and that was extemly noligable on stuff. it actually helped me.

It was okay when I was looking at the shoes though the associates didn't really offer to ask if I needed help with anything these kind of stood around and talked with one another and that's it.

Used to have more diverse, higher-end shoes, now its all cheap stuff, and most of the shoes have been replaced with t shirts and sweatshirts.

I’m surely surprised to go into your store here in Idaho falls and was planning on purchasing me a pair of Jordan’s but couldn’t seem to get no help from 2 of your associates. The one was too busy worried about what was going on outside of the store as I held the shoe up trying to get his attention. If you’re more worried about what’s happening inside the mall maybe you shouldn’t be working in a store. The second kid came from the back and walked right up to the guy who was pacing the front door and right past me like it was more important to talk to his coworker than to sale me a pair of shoes. I thought the whole idea was to sale shoes and clothing to potential customers but guess that’s not the priority today. I always buy my Jordan’s from here but I’m really contemplating going elsewhere where they want my business.
