Worst customer service I've ever had in a retail store 4 employees standing around and no one would help me. All I needed to do was buy a pair of shoes. Management management needs to get their crew under control.

Poor in-store inventory of shoes, nothing in-stock to try on. Awkward remote customer service to try on the few shoes they have available. No mechanism to follow-up with staff and get a different size if it doesn’t fit…..overall brutal service and selection. Might as well close the store and force everyone on-line. At least then consumer knows what to expect, and won’t have to suffer the poor experience in your brick and mortar store.

Alex did a great job and was kind enough to help us put together a couple of kids bikes with short notice on a Sunday. We had a good experience.

Staff was hit and miss I was in the shoe section for about 20 minutes hoping to try on a few pairs. Two young men employees stood their talking didn’t say anything to me. When I walked over to them they moved into the back of the store to continue their conversation….. and one and the they were just talking about basketball and goofing off. I’m normally not bothered by this but I remembered how helpful the employees were at Al’s sporting goods and decided to take my business there. Writing this review because if I was managing these employees I want to know how poor of a job they are doing. This was Tuesday the 7th around 3:30 pm. Shout out to Tristan “the golf guy” for being so cool and letting me try out golf clubs in the practice room. Ended up buying one because I enjoyed being able to try it out! He’s also very knowledgeable with the golf section

I standed waiting for a dressing room for 30 min and I rang the bell 20+ different times the light even went blue on it no one came to help me I put everything that I had back I even seen 3 different dicks employees just standing around come on now like u need to tell these people to do there fucking job aren't u getting paid to do something not just sit around really needs better costumer service sad to say it to but 1 star on that everything there is nice except customer service this happened 2/19/23 3:30pm.

Went in excited today for the first time. I walked the whole store and managed to not see any employees. I started at running shoes for ten minutes with the intention to buy but didn’t get any help. I saw one employee on the way out but when I made eye contact she looked down. Kind of disappointing.

Great products and can order online and pickup in-store for great prices. Their customer service is amazing! They have always been happy to help with returns and exchanges!!

Might as well take “sporting goods” out of the name because they only have athletic goods. They don’t even have fishing gear! Anything you can find here can also be found for half the price at Big 5.

I was greeted upon entering the store & asked if I was looking for anything specific. I said I was & was guided in the right direction. The sales staff were very attentive & kind. It’s new in town but I immediately decided this is my new sporting goods store!

A sporting goods store in Southeastern Idaho with no firearms no fishing no hunting no archery.... won't last very long six months tops, especially considering you have Als sporting good across the street Cabela's and Sportsman's just down the road.
