We did a couple of visits around town before deciding on a make and model..Dennings was best sale, local, and genuine..Delivery guys were extremely friendly and careful.Will do business with dennings again in future.

I purchased a LG washer and dryer and when we unpacked it, noticed a dent on the side. Once installed. The washer would make banging noises every time the drum would switch directions and then bang loudly every time a spin cycle would start. This was not dependent on load size as I tried a couple different loads. Called Denning's and they told me to bring it back and they would exchange it for a different unit. I believe this was not their fault and there must have been a problem from the manufacturer. I am so glad that I did not buy from a big box store as the delivery time was going to be nearly two weeks and then we would have had to wait another couple weeks for the replacement. Ben, our salesman treated us very professionally and had the replacement unit ready for us when we arrived for the replacement. GIven the situation, I could not have been treated better. I will definitely recommend purchasing from Denning's again. The new unit is not experie cing any issues so far and we are pleased with the LG washer. Thanks Ben!

In the past, buying from these guys was fine, but this time was a disaster. We bought three appliances, and had problems with two of them. Luckily one was an easy fix, but the other was a nightmare. I bought a Frigidaire that loses 25 degrees in cooking temp every time you use it. When I called to find out why I was told I’d need to contact the Frigidaire certified tech and get them out to service it. I did that and had to go through Frigidaire customer service, which is a joke. The tech had no idea what could possibly be wrong with it so he ordered two parts and they were on backorder. I had to wait two more weeks for the parts, which they couldn’t get and finally after more pressure I got Dennings to find the parts. Lo and behold, the parts do nothing and the oven still loses 25 degrees while cooking. The Dennings rep I dealt with now tries to pass this off as a common “new” technology for ovens. It’s not, however, it is in fact common for Frigidaire ovens, which the Dennings rep then claimed he’d never heard of it being common with Frigidaire. Lastly, I finally checked online and learned there’s a way to manually reset the oven thermostat because this is a common problem with Frigidaire. When I called to inform the Dennings rep, he claimed he was just about to suggest that himself. Meant to call me that very morning and everything! Not sure what’s going on with Dennings, but I was not pleased with my last experience. Maybe they would’ve handled it differently if I’d not been a woman. Or maybe whoever’s the manager needs to remind the reps that lying to save face is never the best way to go, especially when your customer has literally already seen the truth.

Unreliable and not proactive. Delivered a refurbished fridge to my sister who had ordered a new one. Ordered wrong fridge for me and then replacement arrived damaged which they did not discover until I called to check on delivery as they had not called to reconfirm.

We purchased a refrigerator from Dennings and it was defective from day 1. When we went back to them, they said not our problem. Call the manufacturer. When they delivered it there were also dents in the freezer door and other pull out drawer. Which they replaced but after 6 weeks. Now a relative got a stove from them and first time they went to use the oven part it didn't work and almost caused a fire. They said not our problem. Call the manufacturer. Can't be a coincidence. They do not have good products.

Bought a new fridge from them a year ago. Ten months initial stopped cooling called and asked them about what to do. Referred us to a repair place that tried to fix it. They ordered parts that was placed on back order. Two months without a working fridge we called Denning's back (since it was under warranty the first time we called) they delivered a new fridge and hauled off the non working on! Best business ever!!

Worst experience I have had. Paid more money to buy local than a big box store. The moving crew ruined my carpet and drainage. Called the store and explained the situation and they said “they are not plumbers and to fix it ourselves.” I will NEVER buy anything here again and I will NEVER recommend to anyone!

We were in need of a dishwasher and I picked one online set up a time to purchase and my husband got there and they didn't have the item in stock at the store but did at the warehouse. They sent him to the warehouse and didnt have one there so they sent him back to the store and at that point told him they were going to give him the higher end model for the same price because they didn't have what we wanted. The model we got was definitely not the higher end it was in fact the lower end and has given us nothing but trouble. We have replaced multiple parts on it and we will not be using Dennings again. I felt they were very dishonest in they're business tactics.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. A little pricey but the warranties are great. I would definitely go back.
